We had made reservations for 7 of us ,for a engagement party, & it was outstanding. The staff was awesome & the service was great. Our table was ready for the party. Our server was on point, with the drinks & water. The food was incredible. We didn't know that there is a restaurant just as good as gibbys & the keg. In Saint eustache.

Service à la clientèle pitoyable.

La personne à LA réception était complètement débordée & non professionnel.

La chambre (suite) était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes. Service aux chambres absent. Pour avoir payé un suite c'est du gros n'importe quoi.

La piscine complément achalandée & aucunement accessible. Du ridicule pour le prix de la chambre paye

2eme fois que j' y vais & 2eme fois que les calamars sont en cahoutchou , cette fois ci je les ai retourné & échangé pour l' entrée de poulet Thai qui était tellement trop piquant & pourtant j' aime la cuisine épicé mais faut savoir dosé en cuisine trop c' est comme pas assez , dommage le décor & l' ambiance est très bien mais la cuisine pas vraiment la 1ere visite j' avais été déçue du terre & mer , steak trop cuit & crevette aussi ...

Des items sur le menu indisponibles, serveur qui ne cesse d'oublier nos commandes & pour la nourriture onrepassera: rondelles minces de citron avec le fish'n chips, pizza trop cuite, soupe à l'oignon au Bovril, salade tranchée si finement qu'il est difficile de la manger, des frites juliennes trop cuites & dessert encore gelé du congélateur... Bref, à éviter.

Tout était parfait, notre serveuse Coralie d'une grande gentillesse, le tartare de thon & bison excellents ainsi que les calmars délicieux. L'ambiance chaleureuse avec tres beau décor. Nous reviendrons c'est certain !!

28 mars 2026 nous sommes venu souper avant notre spectacle & j'ai trouver le restaurant très beau, par contre service lent.. & nourriture très ordinaire pour le prix.. j'ai pris une pizza burrata/pesto.. ouffff loin de m'imaginer le résultat... je ne suis pas difficile dans la vie mais disons que mes attentes étais plus élevé.. pizza sèche, goût vraiment pas bon... j'ai fais goûter a ma mère qui m'as confirmer que ce n'étais pas moi le problème... une pizza congelé aurait été meilleure !!! je n'ai pas manger le 3/4.. & retourner l'assiette.. Tout ce que j'ai eu c'est un''désolé'' du serveur. Ma mère a pris un fish & chip & la panure était très molle... clairement que tout ca n'est pas leur spécialités.. Dommage je ne retournerai pas !!

La place est vraiment belle, l'ambiance est agréable & le décor est réussi. Malheureusement, l'expérience a été très décevante au niveau du service.

Nous avons attendu environ 30 minutes pour recevoir nos verres de vin, alors que la bouteille était simplement au bar & le serveur aurait pu nous servir rapidement. Le service était très lent & le serveur semblait nonchalant. Il ne nous a jamais demandé si nous aimions notre boeuf.

Nous avons dû retourner un filet mignon parce qu'il était trop cuit, alors que nous l'avions demandé saignant. Le riz, de son côté, goûtait le sachet.

Pour le prix payé, je m'attendais à beaucoup mieux. C'est dommage, car l'endroit a du potentiel, mais je ne retournerai pas.
