Accueil chaleureux & merci Amélie pour votre service impeccable. On a commandé 2 fish & chips. Les portions étaient tellement généreuses qu'on aurait pu en prendre qu'une seule portion pour 2. Les ailes Pepe en entrée étaient sublimes avec sauce au parmesan a côté. & que dire du gâteau au chocolat. Wow! Nous y retournerons pour essayer d'autres ailes.
Restaurant très amusant avec un très grand choix. Fritures étonnamment digestes (& oui 😂). & surtout d'une gentillesse absolument incroyable. J'avais réservé pour ma fête, on m'a appelée la veille pour me prévenir qu'une soirée à thème était prévue. Au cas où ça nous dérangerait. Ce qui était en effet le cas. On y a été le lendemain. Comme on avait beaucoup mangé on n'a pas voulu prendre de dessert, ils nous ont quand même emmené une belle part de tarte avec une bougie dessus. Adorable!

On a été servi par Olivier qui aime clairement ce qu'il fait & excelle !!! C'était comme être servi par un ami , il connaît tres bien sont produit & conseille à merveille . Le décor super & la bouffe était bonne . Le cool cucumber super refreshing. Merci Olivier a bientôt
All I can say is WOW! From the food to the service. Thank you to the manager Chris for making our night special. We will definitely be coming back for more awesome wings. 😁
For a place called BIRDhouse I'd expect the wings to be fire but sadly they fell short. Not very meaty & dry plus they didn't come w anything on side - carrots , sauce…nothing. & for 34$ I wasn't expecting to pay an extra 6$ for two dips. On a positive note, the service was great , very attentive. Overall def not worth the price.

It was our first time at Birdhouse Laval, for a group or 16. Our waiter Olivier was wonderful right from the start, his service was nothing short of excellent. & the rest of the staff just as efficient & friendly. The decor is very nice, the seating comfortable, there is some music & TVs but the volume is set perfectly so that you can discuss without having to shout, but also not hearing other table's conversation. & the food was delicious, servings are generous, almost everyone brough a doggy bag home. Will definitely come back & highly recommend!
I had been looking forward to trying this place for a while, but unfortunately, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. The food & overall experience weren't as impressive as I hoped, which was a little disappointing.
However, the service completely turned things around - our server Olivier was amazing. He was SO friendly, attentive, & genuinely made us feel welcome. It's rare to find that kind of service these days, & it honestly made the night so much better.
Even though the food missed the mark this time, I'd consider going back just to be served by him again & give the restaurant another chance. Sometimes great service is what makes you want to come back - & that was definitely the case here.

Good ambiance, clean restaurant, serving was polite & friendly. Food & drink was served within 15 minutes. Music was a bit loud & music videos played on the TVs could be a bit suggestive for family guests. Good variety of sauces for chicken wings. I'd go back again.
I had lunch here on September 28th, 2025 & was pleasantly surprised. They were able to accommodate my food allergy/intolerance without too many issues. The service was excellent, thank you Olivier! I also tried out a cocktail & it was very tasty & not watered down. A place I would definitely go back to & recommend.
