Food was good. Shared a large plate of wings with my buddy. Crispy with no lack of flavor. Chicken was decently tender. Service was a highlight though. My server Kai was the most positive & charismatic server I'd had at a restaurant like this. He had great attention to detail, & was always there when we needed something. Wouldn't be writing this review otherwise. I'd come back just to grab a beer with my boy Kai

We visited the west island location last year & tried the Laval location this time & we were very happy we did
One word : Excellent
The hot maple chicken wings were an incredible blend of just the right amount of heat & the sweetness of a first quality local maple syrup.
We tried the Nashville hot fried chicken & the IPA fried chicken .
The spices mixture in the Nashville fried chicken was very reminiscent of the hot fried chicken I served at the iconic Hattie's in Nashville. It was to die for , three generous pieces of the crispiest chicken I have had in Quebec . Delicious & the juiciest chicken thigh I can recall .
The IPA chicken did not take a back door at all, equally delicious & moist , with a completely different recipe of spies .
We tried both the original poutine & the buffalo chicken poutine & could not decide which one was better !!
Excellent choice of cocktails both original & the classics are in the menu .
Service from Kostandina was very friendly, kind & professional . The restaurant's manager Chris kept a courteous & polite presence for all the guests
Definitely coming back to try the extensive menu & hopefully next time some dessert.
A wonderful place & a fabulous experience
Portion sizes are very generous. The cauliflower tacos are excellent. The sweet potato fries are amazing. The Nashville fried chicken is very good but lacks heat level. The wings were disappointing. They lacked heat for buffalo wings & we're a little undercooked so we're definitely not fall off the bone. But the most disappointing was the poutine. Although they use home cut fries, they skimp on the cheese & the sauce is a little bland. Would go again for the tacos
The food was absolutlely delicious! We had the giant pretzel with dill dip; The pretzel was hot like it just came out of the oven, soft dough & a perfect crust while the creamy dill dip created a nice constrast. I had the Buffalo Chicken Mac n' Cheese; Finally a place where the Mac n' Cheese is actually creamy & tastes like quality cheese! Chicken bites were nice & crunchy... couldnt finish it all, took half of it home. My Fiance had the Nashville chicken dinner with home fries; It was huge! Half of it was brought home for a second meal. My fiance commented on how fresh & crispy the chicken was, he thouroughly enjoyed it with no complaints (which is rare lol). We had a cocktail each; They are served in beautful crystal glasses, & are deceptive because the alcohol taste isnt very strong but they get you in a good mood :)
Service was fantastic. I cant remember our servers name at the moment, but she was delightful & made sure we had everything we needed & were satisfied. The restaurant manager even came to see if all was well.
The atmosphere was enjoyable. Big & spacious, & the noise level was excellent. It is refreshing when you do not need to force yourself to hear the person across the table!!!
Went last night & have absolutely nothing bad to say about it

Very disappointed in the food. I really wanted to enjoy this place but I have to be honest. We were a large group & everyone ordered a different plate. Unfortunately we were all not impressed with the food which was missing flavour & taste. Chicken has no flavour unless you add a ton of seasoning. Even their seasoning & dip were not the best. The fries are horrible, everyone who took that barely ate them, but the tater tots potatoes were much better. How can you mess mac n cheese? It was horrible. The chicken on it had a very bad taste. The mac & cheese lacked flavour. The chicken strips had so much fat & unchewable pieces.
The service is good. The ambiance was nice. Overall, we were disappointed with the food & won't be going back. They need to find a new chef & up their game with their food. I suggest they send their chef to the states & learn to copy chillies very famous triple dipper plates because that would be a great come back for them.
Food is great & staff is very attentive & friendly. Having spent some time in Tennessee I developed a taste for dry-rub cuisine & they offer authentic Nashville chicken. Would definitely recommend.
I had a great lunch here on Dec 5. Most importantly, the server Kim was outstanding. She was very polite & timed the meal perfectly.
This restaurant has a great appreciation of allergies & dietary choices & offer a detailed allergy-specific menu if you ask. They take it very seriously & make sure your meal is safe.
The main menu is incredible. There are many choices for every palate.
My friend enjoyed the wings which were the best he has had in the region. I enjoyed the chicken tacos.
Strongly encourage people visiting this restaurant for a front row seat of the Christmas lights & decorations at Centropolis.

Good ambiance, clean restaurant, serving was polite & friendly. Food & drink was served within 15 minutes. Music was a bit loud & music videos played on the TVs could be a bit suggestive for family guests. Good variety of sauces for chicken wings. I'd go back again.
I want to start off by saying the staff was AMAZING! The restaurant is also really cute, & the aesthetic chosen complement each other very well! I have no points to say about this. The food on the other hand, was definitely not my favorite. I don't know if they were having an off day, or they were short in the kitchen. But my whole table of seven people were all unimpressed with the food. The only thing that was actually pretty good was the pickle pretzel. My plate came out cold, the chicken tasted all right. There's a lot of batter which takes away from the actual chicken. The chicken wings were also dry-er. I don't know if they were maybe overcooked. Overall, the whole table was very unimpressed. That being said, I don't know if it was a bad day. I don't want to take credit away from the amazing staff as well as the good location/space. I don't think I would come back, but I don't discourage anyone from trying on their own.
I've been to Restaurant Birdhouse Wingerie & Bar Centropolis Laval twice now, & both times I've been absolutely amazed. The Loaded Nachos are hands-down some of the best I've ever had, the Buffalo Mac & Cheese is comfort food taken to another level, & the Signature Fried Chicken portions are satisfying & often enough to take some home-all at very reasonable prices.
Service here deserves a spotlight. I've been lucky to be served by Koko & Alyssia, & as someone who worked as a waiter myself & received several accolades, I can honestly say it's been years since I've seen service this outstanding. They know the menu inside & out, their recommendations are spot on, & they are attentive, efficient, professional, & genuinely enthusiastic-a rare combination that makes dining here such a pleasure. In a world where many expect tips without effort, these two show what real hospitality looks like.
Birdhouse is more than just good food-it's a place with a lively, welcoming atmosphere & a team that works incredibly hard to make sure every guest leaves happy. My wife & I have already made it one of our favorite hangout spots, & I can't recommend it enough.
A+ food, A+ service, A+ atmosphere, & great value. Birdhouse Centropolis is the real deal.
If you want the best fried chicken in town, Birdhouse is a must! The cocktails are also prepared with excellent mixology skills. What elevated the experience to an ever higher level, was being served & taken care of by Olivier. He was such a delight to have for the evening; energetic, polite, kind, attentive & so much more! Definitely going back :)
The chicken wings were outstanding, arguably the best we've had. The tables are thoughtfully designed, creating a great vibe throughout the restaurant. Service from our friendly waiter, Olivier, was exceptional, so good, in fact, that we couldn't resist staying for dessert even after we'd already overindulged!
Great food , beers & cocktails!! excellent staff. I've tried almost the hole menu but my best are the Nashville chickens wing (if you like spicy), their taste if out of this world. Also their blody Cesar version they called Cluck Off Cesar if the best in twon, it comes with a Nashville chicken wing. Enjoy your food !!!!
