Third time at the Bijou & it was not great. Parking is complicated (supposedly full but the hotel & restaurant were very quiet). Valet parking was supposedly available (note the nice scheme to get you to pay for valet parking, since the car end up in that « full » parking!) but no valet at the Valet Parking so, had to park at the airport's elevated parking nearby. Thankfully, they validated that after a little insistence. Service was nice but the food took a good while (even though the place was empty, maybe 10 people?) & was very sub-par, at the price (30$ or more for a main) & for a Marriott. Frozen & probably microwaved chicken breast in the Club, overdone steak & burger, errors in the order too. They need to get that kitchen in order. At least, the fries were good.View more

A few days ago, it was my 1st Mother's day & after looking through a long list of available Mother's day brunches in Montréal, I settled on Bijou resto & let me tell you that I am extatic to have discovered this place. I called a week in advance to reserve & already the service over the phone was delightful. The D day, the complete experience was awesome 👌. From the smiling valet attendant to the live singer/music 🎶 to the diverse buffet without forgetting the exceptional service, we couldn't ask for more. Special thanks to our waiter, Wissam & the manager, Mr. Jalal. Mr. Jalal gave a special attention to our 7 month old daughter. I asked whether they had mashed potatoes & they made it specially for her & even made a second option: mashed celery root which she loved. Thank you so much Mr. Jalal for everything 🙏🙏😘 🔸️Only thing I wish they had, is a changing table in the bathroom but we made it work.View more
