Amazing service & food. The atmosphere in the dining room feels very laid back. The food is amazing, ate at the restaurant & got room service while staying at the hotel. Amazing food, great portions & amazing staff

Decent restaurant for a hotel bar, beer selection left a lot to be desired. Plenty of options but pretty standard stuff. French onion soup was tasty. Pricy for what it is but that's expected at an airport hotel.

Third time at the Bijou & it was not great. Parking is complicated (supposedly full but the hotel & restaurant were very quiet). Valet parking was supposedly available (note the nice scheme to get you to pay for valet parking, since the car end up in that « full » parking!) but no valet at the Valet Parking so, had to park at the airport's elevated parking nearby. Thankfully, they validated that after a little insistence. Service was nice but the food took a good while (even though the place was empty, maybe 10 people?) & was very sub-par, at the price (30$ or more for a main) & for a Marriott. Frozen & probably microwaved chicken breast in the Club, overdone steak & burger, errors in the order too. They need to get that kitchen in order. At least, the fries were good.

Food was fine, very good for an airport restaurant. The service was impeccable, I really appreciated our servers & bar staff. The cocktails people were getting looked really good, but I stuck to diet coke. My problem was the floors & windows were filthy, & the tables were still on the dirty side after being bused. It likely a consequence of children running around & kids being kids, which is understandable considering its an airport hotel restaurant (its going to have tired parents & restless kids). It made me feel uncomfortable & we spent our time trying to finish up our food & get out of there rather than stay & get drinks.

Waiter was awesome(Vince) , Very disappointed that wings & calamari were not on the menu. Thank God our waiter gave us the recipe for the wings. My whole family wanted to eat here, but knowing that the wings & calamari were not available anymore, they did not come.. oh one more thing. We liked coming here for dinner even not having to stay at the hotel but now that we have to pay $45 plus tax for parking send we will definitely think twice.

Bonjour,
Nous sommes allés souper avec nos deux amis qui séjournaient à l’hôtel. Les plats choisis par nous quatre étaient délicieux & bien présentés. C’est sûrement le chef cuisinier qui faisait la mise en place dans les assiettes. Bravo à lui. Beaucoup de raffinement & un véritable plaisir pour les yeux.

Dommage que le serveur n’ait pas la même délicatesse pour faire le service aux tables.

Imaginez la scène: nous sommes assis autour d’une table ronde, il a rempli quatre verres d’eau sans bouger de sa place. Une seule personne pouvait se vanter d’avoir été servi du bon côté du convive (selon l’étiquette)
& pour les assiettes: deux personnes du coup sont servis: un convive avec sa main gauche & l’autre avec sa main droite sans bouger de sa place. & le vin, même stratégie que le service de l’eau.
Dommage que ce serveur & l’autre qui a participé au service, ne connaissent pas le protocole du service aux tables alors que leur travail est le service aux tables.

La manière de déposer le plat devant un convive, devrait faire honneur à son contenu qui est de grande qualité. Sans être snob, j’aime me sentir dans un moment spécial quand je vais dans un si beau resto. Sinon, je n’ai qu’à aller manger dans des fast-foods & le service serait le même.
