Dans l'ensemble, Bernie's Pizza Martini Bar est perçu comme un endroit chaleureux et animé où pizzas fines et généreuses, calamari, sliders et une carte de cocktails variée cohabitent avec une ambiance urbaine et conviviale; le service est généralement attentif et sympathique, l'atmosphère est cosy mais parfois bruyante et les tables serrées, et la terrasse est appréciée bien que l'espace intérieur puisse être étroit; la qualité des plats est globalement bonne à excellente avec des pizzas croustillantes et des accompagnements savoureux, certains commentaires pointant des pizzas parfois brûlées ou un manque de finesse dans certaines préparations et des prix élevés; malgré cela le consensus est positif et la plupart envisagent de revenir, en recommandant de réserver pour obtenir une table et profiter d'un moment convivial et partageable.
We really enjoyed our experience here!! Atmosphere was very fun, delicious drinks & pizza. We got the Caesar salad, Bernies All Dressed & Hot Pep pizzas & the cookie for dessert. Everything was amazing! The portions are quite big so 2 pizzas & an appetizer was more than enough for 4 people. Overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting try this place out.
Bernies was a vibe! I loved the pizza & drinks! The service was amazing as well , considering that it was packed in the restaurant. The food & drinks came out in great time. I cant wait to be back in the summe

Finally tried Bernie's pizza. It was pretty good not knock my socks off good but pretty good. Pretty decent toppings to dough ratio & the flavours are pretty good as well. I think their pizzas are mostly the same size you'll get about a 12 inch & I think they're all thin crust, the martinis are good as well not exceptional. Bernie is the vibe though decoration is super pretty. The music is good as well. Playing old-school movies on the TV. It's a fun place, the service is really quick so if you do go & you have that two hour cap you won't have to worry about them being slow & the servers were really nice. Be aware that it's a very small restaurant so the tables are very close together, but if you don't mind that then you'll have a great time. All in all it's a cool new spot in the West Island.
Is there a better combination than delicious pizza, the perfect extra dirty martini, & oldies playing in the background? I don't think so! What a wonderful first experience at Bernies, & I know it won't be my last 😍
Super fun restaurant! My 3 friends & I split a Cesar salad, garlic bread & one pizza & that was more than enough food! Everything was delicious & the martinis were great.
I absolutely recommend it here. We enjoyed all of our food. The fried chicken sliders were 10/10, as was the cheesy garlic rolls. The caesar salad & pizza are great for sharing. The drinks are good as well. My only negative is that it feels like they are trying to rush you out of the restaurant as fast as possible. I was a server so I understand why, but it doesn't create the best experience. Our table was 20 minutes late & then we felt like we were on a time clock. Overall, will definitely be going back.
Came here for supper with 5 other people. We tried 4 different pizzas (fun guy, hot pep, all dressed, & veggie). They were all extremely delicious. The caesar salad was super good too. Service was excellent also! Only little comment that some people in the group made was that the music was a little too loud.
Food was amazing!! Ordered the cheesy garlic bread, sliders, pizza & ceasar salad & cookie skillet. Everything was to die for & we finished everything. Pro tip get the lichee strawberry mock tail it's so yum. Service was astounding, our waiter Steve was super friendly & fun. Overall great experience will be back soon :)

Love this place!!! Came here for my birthday on Saturday & the whole family loved it. When we arrived we had a short wait to our table & were given a different table than previously anticipated but it worked out to be even better ! Everyone loved the food we ordered; the ceaser salad, the garlic rolls, sliders (chicken & beef) & a variety of pizz (they do half half !) & we loved every bite. The owner sent over some dessert for my birthday at the end & it was great. Oh & don't skip on the baked chocolate chip cookie !!!! The West Island needed a place like this!
Not sure why this place is so popular in West Island… my guess - the drink menu gives them the edge when compared with other pizza places in the area. In terms of service, we went at opening time during a weekend, we had a reservation. When we arrived, the owner (or manager) was sitting at the bar working on a laptop/tablet, a few of the staff member clearly looked at us while they were still doing what they were doing, no one walked towards us (at the entrance) until a good 5-8 minutes later when the owner finally acknowledged us & made a gesture to someone so they came to find our reservation & seated us… just weird. The waiter assigned to us after was nice. Food is OK, portions are generous, in particular anything that includes fries, you will get a LOT. Avoid the ribs. Some of us ordered wine & immediately we agreed that our glasses were served extremely cold, it wasn't possible to taste it & enjoy it. Tables layout makes it impossible to have a nice conversation. They are extremely cramped together almost like a communal table. Chairs are quite uncomfortable.
Easily one of the best dining experiences I've had in the last year. Casual, comfy with excellent service. The pizza was light, crispy & savoury. We received our order within 15 minutes which was a pleasant surprise. Will definitely be back.
Everything from the drinks, pizza to the desserts were spot on. The vibe was amazing. I thought I was downtown & I only drove 10 mins. This is what the west island has truly been missing. A real gem of a place. Keep those standards up & this place should be open for a long time.
