Too cold in the restaurant, asked to reduce air conditioning, 3 other clients that day also complained, they said they couldn't because otherwise, too hot in the kitchen for the staff. Not sure I'll go back. It's unfortunate as I've been going there for several years. Last time I went, was also very cold. On top of that, the bacon was overcooked, very hard, hurt my teeth. I had such a great experience at Ben & Florentine under the new administration! You can really feel the positive changes, everything from the warm atmosphere to the quality of the food has leveled up.
The breakfast was fresh, delicious, & came out quickly. The menu has something for everyone, & the portions are generous without being over the top.
Shoutout to Tina for her amazing service! Super friendly, attentive, & made us feel right at home.

Called to order one crepe with fruit, one plate with eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, & a smoothie. Total came to $76 for one person.
That's ridiculous. Not blaming the staff, but the pricing is out of control.
Went down the street to cafe bouroulte & got near the same thing for two people under $45 total. Never again. & it was better too.Voir plus

I arrived & was seated within a few minutes. They weren't very busy as it was Friday mid-morning.
I ordered the maple syrup skillet & they were even nice enough to make me an Americano even though it wasn't on the menu.

We were seated quickly & offered coffee & water. However, when our meals arrived, there was a hair in one of the dishes. The waitress offered to replace it, but the potatoes were also undercooked, with some pieces still raw. I ordered a three-egg vegetarian omelette & an Old-Fashioned Ham & Cheddar crepe.
