Nous avons commandé un capucinno & un café aux lait pour avoir en bout de ligne un lait au café dilué. Nous demandons un café régulier puisque les autres ne sont pas buvable. En nous apportant nos cafés réguliers, le serveur nous informe que sa supérieure l'avait obligée à faire des cafés spéciales même si la machine expresso ne fonctionnait pas bien. Tout pour faire plus d'argent...pas un bon service à la clientèle !!!

On doit nous même courir après la serveuse..
La gérante fait son remplissage de condiments & ses échanges pendant qu'on mange..
Nous étions 4 personnes. La toast fraise & mascarponé n'était pas fraîche & fait au moins il y a 2 jours. Les autres plats étaient passables. Nous n'y retournerons plus.
We were a family of 8 & went to celebrate my 70th with brunch. Food was amazing. The only time I've ever enjoyed french toast. I'll definitely go back. Everyone else enjoyed their meal. My husband & I live in Mississauga & are yet to find a brunch that matches Ben & Florentine.
Je suis fan des restaurants B&F, me suis arrêté par exception à celui ci. J'ai été déçu, l'assiette est arrivée tiède & les toasts froide - beurre même pas fondu à preuve.
It's terrible now! It was so dirty we actually left before we ordered! The cloth they use to wash the tables was contaminated with bacteria as I don't know when was the last time they rinsed it! It smelled worst than an old rag! So I looked at the kitchen & the staff, & I said no, let's go, I don't trust this place no more (I have food allergies). We went to another one further away.
I go there quite often & I am never disappointed. The wait is barely noticable, the food is always well cooked & delicious, the portions are very generous for the price & it is totally affortable. The place is clean & welcoming, so is the staff. 5 stars for sure & recommended for their breakfasts!
