I have always seen the restaurant & heard their commercials on the radio & seen them on television but have never tried it. One day I stumbled upon a photo on Instagram that made me want to try their healthy options. The place is always packed, you can call before to make sure there is a place because I don't think they take reservations. The plates are VERY affordable & fill you up. I have tried the Duo-Santé option & the smoothie bowl is absolutely delicious. Just wished the portion was a little bit bigger for the cheese & the smoothie. I have also tried their Combo crêpe pommes & it was truly delicious as well, just felt like the eggs might've been old. The service is quick & the waiters are very helpful. They also offer almond milk & soy milk if you would like that with your coffee.

Good food, understaffed, not prepared for a full house on a Saturday morning, service included *no smile* & coffee was thrown at us almost spilling as the waitress rushed away to clean tables.

Coffee, food, frites, just "Fresh" & delicious. Coffee & food are served hot. Nice staff. Fruit portion a little small. Delicious dessert sugar is just fair & right. Overall they really deserve a 5 star. Worth to spend your money & enjoy.

It was my first time eating at a Ben & Florentine chain. The food was comparable to other breakfast chains, maybe a little bit more expensive for the amount of food but not by much. There are small differences from others in that they have apple compote in their standard plates & their toasts are generously buttered. Chhay, our server, was very efficient, courteous, & proactive (constantly refilling our coffees). No complaints!

I ordered a veggie skillet . The skillet was cold. The food was cold. I asked for a coffee refill which she never did even though the restaurant was quiet. But she kept bringing other stuff to our table & asking the others if they needed anything. When we asked for the bill, then she said i forgot your coffee. So i told her forget it, we are done. But for her tip, she went off & brought it in a to-go cup. I left it there. Not impressed with her. I felt she was racist.
