BÁYRŪT est une cuisine libanaise moderne ancrée dans la famille, la mémoire et la tradition. Inspirés par les recettes de notre mère Nunu et les plats de notre enfance, nous servons des plats qui rendent hommage aux classiques : houmous crémeux préparé chaque jour, taboulé coloré et lentilles et freekeh au goût riche et terreux. Chaque assiette raconte une histoire, celle des montagnes du Liban, des repas passés de main en main et de la joie de nourrir les autres avec soin. One of the best dining experiences I've had! The food was absolutely delicious & full of flavor, & the service was truly amazing. The staff went above & beyond to make us feel welcome. It was my friend's birthday, & they surprised her with a delicious ice cream cake to celebrate, which made the night even more special. Highly recommend this place we will definitely be coming back!

I had been meaning to try this restaurant since the summer & am so glad I finally did! Everything we ate was delicious, & I would strongly recommend. The staff was very kind & attentive too.

Bayrut on William Street is a must. We went as two couples after hearing about it on social media & decided to try the full tasting menu: what a delight! Every plate captured the true essence of authentic Lebanese cuisine: perfectly cooked lamb, a colorful & fresh variety of salads, creamy hummus, & an exquisitely assembled dessert. Simple, flavorful, & done right. Highly, highly recommended.

Absolument délicieux. Mets libanaise traditionnelles. Même les vins sont libanais. En particulier le vin La Tourba est excellent

Especially enjoyed the shrimp in their delicious sauce, the freekeh salad is beautiful & tasty, the Kinney were also excellent. We will definitely return.

Les plats sont excellents, de la vraie cuisine maison. Les parts sont plus que généreuses. On a eu droit à des feuilles de vignes farcies, gracieuseté de la maison. Très bon service, attentionné.

Amazing experience at Bayrut. The food is authentic & delicious. Lots of little details that contribute to a special exquisite taste. Service is impeccable & the decor is very soothing. Highly recommend it.

Delicious, upscale Lebanese food! The tasting menu is very worth while & practically impossible to finish given the portion sizes. They also have Lebanese wines which is rare to find in Canada.

It is a nice cozy authentic Lebanese resto! Servive was outstanding!
The appetizers were good except the batata harra ( spicy potato) which was very dry & tasted old & reheated. The cocktails were tasty but weak. The main dishes were delicious !!! I ordered freekeh & lamb!!! & it was exquisite!!!
Not lots of vegetarian main dishes!
Would I go back? Yes, to try other dishes before giving my final opinion!
BTW I am Lebanese so I know & understand the menu…

We enjoyed a wonderful group evening at this beautiful venue. The team was warm, welcoming & fun. The food was sublime & perfect in everyway (fresh, delicious, well presented, perfect temperature, great sizes). Great drink options, discovered great authentic options from Lebabon. Important note, no stairs to access the venue or washrooms making it very accessible for all (this becomes so important when we want to our elderly family members to join), Can't wait to visit again.
