Nice location & friendly staff. Light, fruity cocktails were excellent. Heavier cocktails were not well balanced. Food was all excellent, but some dishes were better than others. Beef tartare was exceptional as was the short ribs. Oeuf mollet was surprisingly good, while mushrooms appetizer was surprisingly not good. It was hit or miss. Also was a busy night & the place seemed understaffed & a bit frantic. I would try it again to give them a second chance!View more

The experience was absolutely incredible. The atmosphere was inviting & beautifully decorated. The food was top-notch, truly some of the best I've ever had. Every dish was authentically prepared & bursting with flavor. The ingredients were fresh, & the presentations were impeccable. Our waitress, Alexandra, was amazing. She was friendly, full of life, & exceptionally professional. Alexandra's warm personality & attentive service made our dining experience even more enjoyable! We arrived early to our reservation, & we're offered complimentary prosecco while waiting. The atmosphere is so cool & the staff is so incredibly attentive & kind... Even when I spilled some wine on myself. The food was really good. I dont know if our pallets aren't up to snuff or a couple our dishes were off from what we expected for the price point (HIGH). We enjoyed it overall.View more

The service is at Barroco is good, but our food was not worth what we paid. My steak was incredibly tough, which was not an issue with how it was cooked. It was not a good quality piece of beef. My wife & I arrived when they opened & were the first or second table served. Our food was room temperature & cold when it arrived. Overall, not a great experience.View more

Food was good but not memorable. The waiter brought us two shooters in the beginning we didn't request & said it was because we were "appreciated customers" & then also brought us a dessert we didn't order at the end & at first we were overjoyed with the amazing service until the bill arrived & we were charged $11 for each shooter on top of the full priced dessert. I thought that was incredibly tacky & dishonest of them & would not go back for this reason.View more

From the moment we entered to the moment we left, we had an exceptional time. Subdued lighting for a romantic dinner, beautiful rustic decor with some comedic hints on the hanging dishes, quick & receptive service, food that made us take a moment to close our eyes & really enjoy the experience happening in our mouths (lol). We decided to try the Tasting Menu & our expectations were exceeded. Highly recommend!!!View more
