The food was cold.
The shrimp were freshly cooked & warm, the rest was cold to slightlywarm. Disappointing considering I ate on site. I've eaten at Barburrito in Toronto & it was better.
I hope the franchise grows in Montreal.

I ordered a burrito from this place recently online & it was honestly really good, everything was made well I want to mention Erica since she's the one who made my burrito she was nice,patient & made sure everything was how I wanted it
Overall, great food & good service I'm definitely going back :)

I've never written a restaurant review before because I usually don't find it necessary. However, I've been coming here for almost three years because the food is truly amazing. Unfortunately, the service has consistently made me not want to return.
In the past, there were two employees who were extremely disrespectful & often argued with customers. After many complaints, they seemed to have been let go. I had hoped things would improve, but today's experience was once again disappointing.
When I went in to order four burritos, the employee rolled her eyes & said,'Oh my God.' For anyone wondering why I didn't order online, it's because this location has gotten my order wrong multiple times in the past I simply wanted to make sure my meal was done correctly.
While I was ordering, she repeatedly told me to hurry up, even when I was just trying to clarify what I wanted. I asked for avocado on all four burritos, which I was later charged for, but it was completely forgotten.
I also asked for sauce, & she used an almost empty bottle, squeezing just a little onto each burrito. When I politely asked for more, she said it was'done.' I then asked for a different sauce, but she did the same thing using an empty bottle instead of refilling it or letting me know it wasn't available.
Throughout the entire interaction, I remained polite because I understand everyone can have hard days. Still, it's unacceptable that almost every time I visit, I'm met with such unpleasant customer service. It doesn't take much to be kind & to communicate clearly.
I left with four dry burritos that had almost nothing inside except beans. It's disappointing to see that instead of refilling the ingredients, they'd rather serve half-empty portions.
