Very disappointed with my experience at BarBurrito.
The customer service was really poor, & the portion size was much smaller than expected. The food quality was also below expectations as well.
Horrible service my entire ordered is wrong I received the wrong toppings in all my burritos & my drinks are missing the driver said the store didn't give them & they had employees fighting with loud music what kind of business is this & how are they still open
Tried calling the store 10 times but nobody French or English answers the phone
Honnêtement, c'est une catastrophe. Du riz & quelques légumes, c'est tout. Le goût est inexistant, la présentation est horrible… Pour ce prix, c'est une vraie honte. Je ne recommande absolument pas.
The food here is quite good, so it's unfortunate that the service is atrocious. Every time we used to come here, the service was so slow that we thought it would be better to order online so we could just pick it up once it was ready. This worked once, but tonight we ordered online, came to the store, & were told that they'forgot' about our order; so now we're stuck waiting again (it's been almost 50 minutes since the order was placed).
The service here honestly makes it not worth ordering from, I'd be more willing to drive further away for better, faster service.
Edit: We got our order about an hour after, brought it home, & my order was incorrect (both the protein & the toppings were wrong). Never ordering from here again.
Edit (10/04/2026): Decided to give it another try because of recent positive reviews, but the service here has not gotten any better; the employees seem to have no idea what they're doing & seem bothered that you're making them do their job. Incredibly slow as well (even though we're the only people here), crazy.
Sarah was the BEST employee we have ever had here!!!!! She was polite . professional, & personable all at once!! Thank you for being amazing Sarah & serving us delicious food!!!!
J'ai attendu 1:30 pour un kit de 15 tacos à faire nous même , ils m'ont donnée trois tacos deja fait , c'est une honte ! Presque $100 pour trois tacos bravo 👏

La première fois que je suis venu, c'était bien, mais là vraiment déçu il m'a demandé quelle viande j'ai dit steak & il m'a mis vraiment pas beaucoup & rendu à la facturation il m'a chargé une & 1,50$ extra pour le steak, il m'a jamais dit que c'était un extra & la madame est vraiment bête très impolie je ne retournerai plus là-bas je recommande pas si vous avez faim, ils mettent vraiment pas beaucoup de viande
