Extremely disappointing experience at this BarBurrito location. I placed an online order, but when I arrived, the staff member told me twice that they had not received it. Only after I showed my order number did she pull the receipt out of the garbage & prepare my food.
The attitude throughout the interaction made me feel like I was asking for free food instead of picking up an order I had already paid for. There was no apology or effort to make the situation right.
To make matters worse, the food I received was not what I had ordered, & the quality was terrible. It tasted so bad that I ended up throwing it away.
Poor customer service, incorrect order, & very disappointing food quality. I won't be returning to this location, & I hope management addresses these issues so other customers don't have the same experience.
I immediately left as I do not want to support a business who makes their employees suffer with no air conditioning in 47°C weather. I'd rather let the employees relax than make them sweat cooking my meal.
Fix the air conditioning for your staff & customers. Until then, I will not be a customer here.

Really bad service, we were family of 4 & instead of taking all our order together they focus on my wife & kids & the start servir g other costumer & then serve me(other costumer didn't arrive when I make it clear we were together) but the. They prepare everything for my family & just leave it aside getting cold until they serve me & pay all together, like if that wasn't enough this big tall woman start cleaning the grill with us INSIDE the place, there were no AC already no air circulating & she start pour chemicals & water so all the place get cloudy, wdf for real... Worst place I ever eat.
We had a very disappointing experience. We waited for about 20 minutes before the employee informed us that they had run out of rice & beans. This should have been communicated much earlier instead of making customers wait. She also mentioned that she was the only person working today July 5 around 4:40pm. The restaurant clearly needs better staffing & more experienced employees to provide better customer service.
Their food is good, don't get me wrong. But they very often make mistakes. I have ordered with them several times, & EVERY SINGLE TIME there was something wrong. It's the only burrito place near me so I have no choice but to order from them.
Today was the final straw for me, because for the third time, I have received beans in my burrito, which I'm intolerant to, even when I specified that I want none. Do they even read the instructions? I understand mistakes happen, but this is excessive. To make things worse, I have also been trying to call them to make sure that my remake won't contain beans, because they clearly don't read the order instructions, but no one answers. In the span of 45min, I have called over 10 times, still no answer. Someone answered once, waited 15 seconds without saying anything, & then hung up. This is horrible service. Please do better & answer the phone please because that is the only way we can contact you.
Everything was great except the fact that its hotter in the store than outside i feel horrible for the employees , the owner should be ashamed to make them work in such condition, i felt horrible just ordering for 5 mins i cant imagine doing a whole shift there
It was so hot at this location! I can't believe the people working there have to work in these conditions. We couldn't even stay to eat our burritos inside.
