La personne qui ma servi me faisait des gros yeux parce que je n'allais pas assez vite, elle a meme oublié de mettre la protéine dans le burrito(poulet croustillant) & quand je lui ai demandé de le mettre elle ma dit qu'elle a oublié & de le mettre moi-même donc j'ai du défaire mon burrito & le refaire moi-même donc j'ai du manger un burrito qui tombait en morceaux.Le service est extrêmement décevant & je ne retournerai plus à cette succursale.
I ordered a burrito from this place recently online & it was honestly really good, everything was made well I want to mention Erica since she's the one who made my burrito she was nice,patient & made sure everything was how I wanted it

I've never written a restaurant review before because I usually don't find it necessary. However, I've been coming here for almost three years because the food is truly amazing. Unfortunately, the service has consistently made me not want to return.
In the past, there were two employees who were extremely disrespectful & often argued with customers. After many complaints, they seemed to have been let go. I had hoped things would improve, but today's experience was once again disappointing.
When I went in to order four burritos, the employee rolled her eyes & said,'Oh my God.' For anyone wondering why I didn't order online, it's because this location has gotten my order wrong multiple times in the past I simply wanted to make sure my meal was done correctly.
While I was ordering, she repeatedly told me to hurry up, even when I was just trying to clarify what I wanted. I asked for avocado on all four burritos, which I was later charged for, but it was completely forgotten.
I also asked for sauce, & she used an almost empty bottle, squeezing just a little onto each burrito. When I politely asked for more, she said it was'done.' I then asked for a different sauce, but she did the same thing using an empty bottle instead of refilling it or letting me know it wasn't available.
Throughout the entire interaction, I remained polite because I understand everyone can have hard days. Still, it's unacceptable that almost every time I visit, I'm met with such unpleasant customer service. It doesn't take much to be kind & to communicate clearly.
I left with four dry burritos that had almost nothing inside except beans. It's disappointing to see that instead of refilling the ingredients, they'd rather serve half-empty portions.
Spoke on the phone to Paul the manager briefly, excellent customer service & super friendly, not to mention the delicious burritos i got, highly recommend!
Just ordered some burritos for family. Was here last a few years ago & wow has this place deteriorated. Used to be ok but not now. Never I had a worst burrito. Chicken was incredibly dry without flavour. Even rice had no taste. Chicken must have been sitting there for a while. Was going to have the steak burrito but when I saw the steak looked even worst. Cannot believe a place can serve something so bad. If you can't serve fresh ingredients don't serve it. Very disappointed. Only good thing is that they were very generous with the chicken. But after tasting it wish they would have been stingy. One positive is that server was very nice. Maybe she was happy to get rid of that chicken. To state the obvious do not recommend.
I you can wait till 11:00 am, it's perfect. Was in the mood for a vegetarian burrito to go, Parneet dished out a masterpiece, as I picked out the ingredients. I will go back for more. Well done
Service is absolutely HORRID. My 3rd time here in the last week & a half & my first time being served. 1st time I came 20mins before close & they had already shut down shop. I entered the store & they looked at me & said "closed". Second time they were "out of rice". Didn't recommend anything else like a salad or a bowl maybe. I was about to leave when I thought to myself how long really does it take to make rice. Turned around to ask, "about 20mins" so I decided to leave. This time 3rd times a charm. Got my burrito but had to wait on beans & they were "out of lettuce" none in the back.... Sure. Would understand if they were slammed but it was just me & a small group of teenagers who had finished eating long before I came in but, young love you know 💘 lol. Anyway! Decided to eat there. While I ate there not many people in & out but Uber food deliverers waiting at the counter & unnoticed until having to get the attention of the employees who had moved to the back. On to the food. Major disappointment. Scale 1-10... 3 & that's generous. Was big... was not good. If you've ever been to any other burrito place, do not come here. To the owner. Fire the guy with the circle glasses, chain, & Jordan's. He's ruining your culture. You're losing business bc of him.
I came to get food like usual & got greeted very respectfully & politely by a guy with glasses a marocain guy I forgot his name but he made my burrito bowl amazing & overall just had a amazing customer experience, food was amazing as well would definitely recommend
ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BURRITO PLACE ... they followed the special order notes perfectly. Large portion, perfectly spiced. Not spicy but not plain, perfect flavor, nice tender chicken. I had the Mild Chicken Burrito & my fiancee had the Beef Burrito. We both got the regular size, definitely a large portion for one person, could have easily had the small one. We would 100% recommend this establishment ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
