Bar Furco is described as a lively bar with a welcoming vibe, strong cocktails and a versatile menu, where the ambience, music and after work appeal are often praised. The service is sometimes excellent but can be slow or inconsistent, and the place can be very loud making conversation difficult. The terrace is lovely in good weather and reservations are advised due to its popularity, with visitors noting it as a good spot for groups, dates or casual evenings with friends.
Called sad by bar staff because I came here by myself. The bartender was dressed like a stripper. No shade but this place fell off hard from when it first opened.
Probably one of my favourite bars in Montreal now. The service was great & so were the drinks & food. I have this spot saved now to continue to come back!

Vigiles à l'entrée très méchant ne laisse pas rentrer des gens normaux alors que l'endroit état vide. Le videur avec la tête carré pas le sénégalais (Alioune) prend pour un gérant il refuse deux gars très gentils & très propres pour aucune raison j'hallucine toutes les fois où j'y vais les gens se font recalés me font de la peine car ils sont recalés sans raison. Je suis énervée & ça me dégoûte. Un moment donné c'est qu'un bar on est pas sur les champs Élysée genre je suis dégoûtée dégoûtée d'être témoins de ce genre de situations …. C'est chiant & clairement je vais continuer de prévenir les gens des comportement des videurs que vous tolérerez !!!!
The manager came out while we were waiting in line & started shouting that the bar was full & no one would be allowed in. The behavior felt unprofessional & he appeared intoxicated.
I went to that bar last night with a friend, spent around 30 minutes outside in line while raining, both security guard are so disrespectful, one started yelling at me, the other one declared that he did not like my vibe, he is not letting me in.
You guys should hire more respectful security guard with customer service.
Our group of 10 engineering students didn't have a great time at this bar. The drinks were reasonably priced & the food was average. The fries, however, were delicious, especially with their homemade mayo. The biggest problem was the server's arrogance & the incredibly loud ambiance, making it impossible to have a conversation. I couldn't even hear my neighbour.

Food is heated up in a microwave but whatever. Whats really shocking is the service. All the waitress wants is to get her bill paid. I ask for a drink at the table she sends me to the bar, saying she can't bring it. What kind of service is that.
J'y suis allée pour un anniversaire hier. Je n'ai pas mangé, mais l'ambiance était tout simplement A1 ! Le DJ a mis une excellente sélection de musique : afrobeat, hip-hop français, hits des années 90 & 2000, & bien d'autres. Amusement assuré - c'est officiellement mon nouveau bar préféré !
2025: great music on Fridays, but really needs a proper dancefloor. Service at the bar was good.
2019: Music way too loud for a place with no dancefloor. Cocktails were mediocre. Table service was incredibly slow.
C'était la première fois à ce bar & je ne pense pas y retourner malheureusement!
Le décor est beau, l'ambiance est bonne, mais le service est POURRI!!! Cela a mis un gros bémol à ma soirée!
C'est dommage, car mon assiette de charcuterie était délicieuse & les portions de noix & d'olives généreuses!!
Beau bar pour apéro 5-7 au centre ville . Prenez vous d'avance en réservant vos places , l'endroit est populaire . Rodrigo vous accueille à l'entrée avec le sourire & s'assure de vous rendre confortable à votre table . Cheers!

Really one of my favourite bar in Montreal.
The Dj was good & the drinks were amazing.
I recommend this place for a cocktail with friends & good ambiance good music
Bar bruyant mais sympathique. Bon service, prix correct, assiette de charcuterie « maison » & de fromages rachitiques. Toutefois le patron est exécrable avec les clients, certainement parce qu'il est sous la gouttière. Dommage…
My vocal nodules make it so that I can only speak so loud before having a coughing fit. So, whereas I would usually consider the other patrons to be my competition at an establishment like Furco (I don't need to explain to my readers that dining out is just another of our unwitting mating rituals), here it was the drums & bass. I put up a good fight, & my supermodel date graciously pretended not to notice my voice cracking at the end of every fifth sentence. I was also lucky in that the bartender forgot to add alcohol to my cocktail-which, had he not, would have cancelled out the soothing effect of our warm noodles on my poor throat. By the time we left, my voice had nonetheless changed from the strain: still soft, but with a raspy & hollow depth. Like a combat-worn soldier returning home to the warm embrace of his beloved, my tired timbre landed me the sweetest kiss.
L'ambiance du bar Furco est très sympa pour boire un verre ou danser en fin de soirée. La musique est bonne & le lieux est beau. En revanche le prix des plats est bien trop cher pour la qualité.
