De loin les meilleurs xiao long bao & dumplings frits que j'aie mangé! J'étais tellement excitée d'avoir trouvé cette perle que j'ai oublié de prendre les photos avant de manger.
J'ai plusieurs coup de coeur à ma première visite.
Je vous recommande fortement les concombre marinés en accompagnement. Ils sont croquants & vraiment savoureux. Ca fait un super contraste avec le chaud & gras des dumplings.
La sauce pour tremper est unique & parfaitement équilibrée & l'huile piquante est délicieusement parfumée.
Évidemment leur spécialité est exécutée avec expertise & générosité. Les xiao long bao sont joufflus, juteux & très bien garnis en plus d'être très goûteux.
Les dumplings frits à l'agneau sont un délice aussi. Avec la petite dentelle croustillante, miam.
J'ai un peu moins aimé la soupe wonton qui manquait un peu de sel mais elle est sortie bouillante avec ses wontons 100% faits par des mains expertes. Un p'tit peu de sauce & d'huile piquante & le tour est joué.
Du pur bonheur! Ça commence très bien la journée.

Un repas exquis !! La soupe won ton était parfaite tout comme les dumplings ! Le jeune serveur qui s'est occupé de nous était sympathique & poli. Nous y retournerons c'est certain !

Enfin des bons dumplings dans le coin! On a mangé le général tao, soupe wonton & des dumplings frits pour emporter, j'ai adoré! Le service est super amical, la personne à l'accueil est un vrai petit rayon de soleil ☀? On y retourne assurément!
J'ai été à cet endroit pour manger des dumplings soup. Au goût c'était très bon, par contre, je n'ai eu aucune soupe dans mes dumplings SOUP. Déçue de ce facteur, mais pour le reste. Ok. Le restaurant est très petit, mieux vaut emporter.
Peu de places pour s'asseoir mais le service est génial. La jeune dame est très serviable, attentionnée & gentille. Les dumplings sont bons & nous sommes heureux d'avoir ce petit restaurant sur la rive nord! Dumplings & la soupe repas wonton (avec nouilles) sont authentiquement chinois!
Delicious, fresh, quality food. It's a small, tight spot with few tables more conducive to takeout. We arrived early & managed to snag the furthest table from the door because it gets cold with all the foot traffic. The soup dumplings were generously filled & flavorful. Wonderful discovery, we will return.
My partner ordered takeout from here, & I was super excited because I was craving some Chinese food -- I live pretty far from most authentic Chinese food places in the Greater Montreal Area, & this was the closest place I could find since moving to the area. We ordered 2 fried dumplings & 1 xiaolongbao. My partner said the people serving him were super nice & friendly, & they gave him a small bowl of soup for free, which I identified for him as mung bean soup. The fried dumplings were juicy, & the xiaolongbao wasn't as soupy as I'm used to, but still very good & I enjoyed them. The whole meal really cured some of my homesickness I had from not eating any type of authentic Chinese food for awhile, especially the mung bean soup which I haven't had in a long time. It all made me very happy!
Hands down the best dumplings I've had. I had the lamb & coriandre dumplings, each one was bursting with flavor, like a Gusher filled with soup. Be careful, it does squirt quite a bit if you chomp down on it. The hot & sour soup is about the most authentic you can get outside of Chinatown. Definitely going to go back & try the xiaolongbaos next.
This is the best restaurant of Sainte Thérèse, i never experience some dumplings like this!! The juice inside taste perfect the meat is fresh the texture of the dumpling are insane the fry & the steam are incredible, the staff are gentle & you feel in a traditional dumpling shop everything is on point the sauce of the general tao is something to try & the wonton soupe as everything they made is incredible this place is a must try

It was okay. The pork ribs barely had any meat & kept getting stuck in my teeth. The dumplings were fine, not much soup. The cucumbers were really good. THE EDAMAME WERE INEDIBLE. Way over cooked & mushy… no salt. Straight to garbage. 50$ for a disappointing meal honestly.
I tried every soup dumplings on their menu & they are the best dunpling I ever tasted. I am eating those at least twice per months & I have to resist to the temptation of coming back everyday. I would 100% recommend this place. Staff is super nice also I have no bad comments about this place.
This is some of the best food I have ever had. The General Tao was incredible & the soup dumplings were out of this world. This is a small restaurant only 3 total tables but the person serving us was handling everything (tables, door dash, pick up orders) with a smile on her face. This is a place I will go back to again & again
Very small restaurant, 3 tables & a barlike area, which is unfortunate because the food there is amazing! The dumplings are made there & are beautiful. We came at a random time during the day so got to eat there. Service was excellent. We ordered peanut butter dumplings, won ton soup, shrimp & coriander fried dumplings, beef & onion fried dumplings & juicy pork & coriander steamed dumplings, all excellent. I will definitely be going back, maybe more for pick up

We ordered dumplings ( shrimp, fried leek, pork & cabbage, pork shrimp & scallop), soups & imperial rolls. Everything was very good. Shrimp & the fried pork & cabbage were our favorites. It isnt really a place to dine in, they have maybe 3 tables (which is why i put 3 stars for atmosphere), but awesome for take-out. Very polite & kind staff. We will be back :)
Tout était super bon merci! Ce n'est pas vraiment un endroit où s'asseoir pour souper vu que c'est un tout petit resto & qu'il y a seulement 2-3 tables avec bcp d'entré/sortie ce n'est pas grave.
Les dumplings sont délicieux mais ils n'offrent pas la sauce a volonté comme chez Sammi soupe Dumplings 🥟 il faut payer extra pour le soya, le vinaigre & l'huile picante. Place très restreinte pour manger & ça sent beaucoup la friture. Mais la bouffe est excellente ☺?
Finally! A dumpling spot! Started with the hot & sour soup. Was great & a unique recipe without going too crazy. I had the Porc/chive & porc/shrimp/scallop steamed & the beef & onion fried dumplings. Everything was great. More of a take out spot than a sit down, but we sat & had a comfortable experience still. Will be back. Oh yeah....staff was also REALLY nice!
Bonjour Je tiens à mentionner toute la gentillesse de ce restaurant. Il y a eu un problème avec Uber eat & ils m'ont chargé en double. & rien à faire avec Uber eat ils n'ont jamais voulu rien savoir de m'aider & m'ont dit de voir & d'appeler le restaurant. ( plus jamais Uber eat en plus ils chargent cher de commissions aux restaurants ) Tout de suite ils ont réglé la situation. Merci à leur serveuse du soir quia été si gentille. Vraiment de bonnes personnes. & que dire de leur nourriture. Les dumpling sont énormes & si bon. Autant croustillant que vapeur. De vrais dumpling. & leur soupe est excellente aussi. Meilleur soupe wonton ever. Donc autant pour la nourriture que pour le personnel je vous recommande cette belle découverte & endroit. Merci
