Cuisine authentique où les plats vedettes sont faits maison.
De loin les meilleurs xiao long bao & dumplings frits que j'aie mangé! J'étais tellement excitée d'avoir trouvé cette perle que j'ai oublié de prendre les photos avant de manger.
J'ai plusieurs coup de coeur à ma première visite.
Je vous recommande fortement les concombre marinés en accompagnement. Ils sont croquants & vraiment savoureux. Ca fait un super contraste avec le chaud & gras des dumplings.
La sauce pour tremper est unique & parfaitement équilibrée & l'huile piquante est délicieusement parfumée.
Évidemment leur spécialité est exécutée avec expertise & générosité. Les xiao long bao sont joufflus, juteux & très bien garnis en plus d'être très goûteux.
Les dumplings frits à l'agneau sont un délice aussi. Avec la petite dentelle croustillante, miam.
J'ai un peu moins aimé la soupe wonton qui manquait un peu de sel mais elle est sortie bouillante avec ses wontons 100% faits par des mains expertes. Un p'tit peu de sauce & d'huile piquante & le tour est joué.
Du pur bonheur! Ça commence très bien la journée.

Imperial rolls were typical, tempura shrimp were tasty, peanut butter dumplings could have had better sauce, beef & onion pan fried dumplings were passable, but the lamb & coriander ones had no flavour, the chocolate Xiaolongbao didn't quite work, as much as I enjoy chocolate.
I appreciate that they followed instructions though.

Good for takout dumplings. Tiny sitting area, not the best vibe so get takout. Vegetarian dumplings aren't great, just ok but not worth it - I'd go to mtl for better ones. Tasty dipping sauce though & really nice cashier/waiter.

Service rapide, dumplings très bons, bon prix, la sauce soya maison est délicieuse. Juste 2-3 tables sur place, ils ont l'air de faire un majorité de commandes en takeout.

This is the best restaurant of Sainte Thérèse, i never experience some dumplings like this!! The juice inside taste perfect the meat is fresh the texture of the dumpling are insane the fry & the steam are incredible, the staff are gentle & you feel in a traditional dumpling shop everything is on point the sauce of the general tao is something to try & the wonton soupe as everything they made is incredible this place is a must try

Les dumplings sont délicieux mais ils n'offrent pas la sauce a volonté comme chez Sammi soupe Dumplings 🥟 il faut payer extra pour le soya, le vinaigre & l'huile picante. Place très restreinte pour manger & ça sent beaucoup la friture. Mais la bouffe est excellente ☺?

Highly recommend! Everything we ordered was delicious: Beef & onion xiaolongbao, pork & chive fried dumplings, dumplings in peanut sauce. Delighted to have found this authentic, fresh dumpling restaurant in the North Shore (no need to go downtown anymore!). Small interior, but great service! Popular for takeout as well.
