I tried it twice for lunch Loved my first order the fries & mushroom Swiss burger were soo good I didn't like my second order as much the steak sandwich wasn't that good & the cheese sauce on the side was very salty So next time i will go with their burger for sure
This is one of the best burger i have ever eaten in Canada, they are so friendly & generous people i like the hexa box of 12 mini burgers with fries it's so delicious & huge portion for 4-5 people.
My fiancé & I Went for the first time & I gotta say it's one of the best burgers I've ever had. We ordered the'double dose' with onion rings, the'philly steak' with curly fries & Mac & cheese bites. It was a little on the pricey side costing just over $60 The burger was HUGE & weighed a pound. High quality ingredients from the meat to the lettuce & tomatoes & the bun was perfect, the Philly was great too, great flavour & again perfect bun. The chips that came with both were so good, however the fries & onion rings weren't the best. The fries were well seasoned but lacked & type of crunch & were soft. The onion rings were soggy & had zero crunch & had an oily taste to them. The Mac & cheese were really good. I will definitely be back but I will be trying their other side options to see if they're any bette
As a regular customer of B12 (all branches), I was hesitant to put any negative review. But since the problems are all happening only in this branch, repeatedly, I decided to put this review. I have been ordering the B12 burger (number 3 on the menu), & every time the cheddar sauce is missing. Today, when I got home, I found that the salad & drink were missing in chicken combo tray. & again no cheddar sauce in any of the B12 burgers. If getting busier means forgetting the details that would affect the quality of the food, you gonna easily lose your customers. I would go to Sherbrook or Laval branches where I have never had such experience. I’m just surprised how a chain restaurant can have different qualities in different branches!
I got the egg burger trio which came with homemade fries & potato chips. Plus a drink. Thé hamburger was huge! My son was able to lay his cell phone on my sandwich (the length of his cellphone was the same as the width of my sandwich!) big, filling & oh, so delicious!

Went for lunch to B12 earlier today for the first time. To sum it up really impressed with everything. We usually head to other burger places on Sources, but today decided to give B12 on St Charles a try. Lots of choices on the menu burger, chicken, hot dogs & many topping. Service & food was great. They actually give you plastic gloves with your meal, I will let you find out why on your own. Hint: Portion is huge & it’s loaded with everything gooey & yummy. Try it today & give them a review!!!
Little tiny place! With BIG HUGE tasty Burgers. Plan your visite you don't want to have to eat those in the car. But what a great experience. Going back to many things to try. Only downfall didn't save many trees with the amount of napkins used.🍔🏆�
These are restaurant prices not fast food prices. $20 for a burger alone, no trio... at this price, I expected to be blown away, I thought this thing would have me looking for seconds but in reality, I struggled to finish it. People must have way too much extra cash on them in this area because I felt robbed. I think Five Guys is better by leaps & bounds. [In response to the owner, the veggie burger was also overpriced & lacked vegetables. Please see picture.]
