Buns were drenched in sauce & tuned into a pile of muddy dough. The girl at the ordering desk stuck her all four fingers inside the cups dispensing to us for fountain drinks, fries were stale & foul. Current street construction made the store front messy, it didn't get much better when walked inside. Went there because of reviews but found it most definitely way overrated.
Service is non-existent at this location. When you place a delivery order, there's no way to customize your sandwich or make special requests. When you call their phone number, nobody answers, so there's literally no way to contact the store for support on delivery orders. Terrible service

I ordered the classic chicken burger & onion rings with cheese sauce. They forgot the sauce & they messed up our number. We were number 40 & they thought we were number 42. Overall it was pretty good but it needs a little bit of improvement.
