I liked B12 but , i always order ASSIETTE COMBO POULET CROUSTILLANT , at 25 dec 2025 I was very surprised by this one, the chicken pieces were very thin & there were only breadcrumbs. & the fries were very few.

Walked in famished & was surprisingly full after having their B12 Burger. Their prices are fair for what you get & you're definitely not leaving the place hungry.
3 stars comes from the average taste of the burger. It's a painfully thin piece of meat dampened by the large buns & mixture of other ingredients. It's also a mess to eat.
Edit: Bumping to a 4 Star after trying their Chicken Burgers & OMG what a delicious burger. Still a mess to eat, but the taste was amazing.

Having a reply from vendor, I will go back & try again. Please make sure everyone is aware on how to make a lettuce bun. Had a chicken swiss on lettuce bun. They do not understand what a lettuce bun is. Normally a lettuce bun is 3+ leaves of lettuce per side of the meat. I initially got 1 lettuce on the bottom of my burger no bun. Went back to add lettuce bun & only got 1 leaf of lettuce on top. The chicken was superthin & not like their advertising of the burger. The filling on screen was half the size in real life. On screen I counted 4 layers of chicken while I got 2 layers. Never got tomatoes & only saw 2-3 mushrooms. For a $16 burger, you would expect something along the lines of LB&LB burgers but I ended up with an A&W grilled chicken burger minus the lots of lettuce A&W gives you. I expected better here but was disappointed today. The fries & chips are a nice touch.

Had the "overdose" burger & the sandwich itself was a meal enough for 2 people!! If you enjoy chicken & beef stacked into one , your taste buds will be in heaven. Btw they are open late 🙂

It's a good burger, but nothing to write home about. Everything is fresh & tasty but there are so many things inside the burger that it is somehow loosing it's appeal. & they put like way too much sauces inside their burgers. Also, portions are often uneven. My friend & I ordered the same chicken burger & the quantity of meat inside said burger was not even close to being the same.

Ordered a B12 Trio & a Jalapeno Chicken Trio. Size was very impressive. Taste was pretty good as well. But there are too many chips. I think just fries would be helpful. & Chips can be an add on. Gloves are helpful but if you got a beard, you got another thing coming your way. I never gauged the burger size so it became a challenge just finishing it, but definitely worth the experience. Atmosphere is pretty chill, we went later evening, Sunday & only took around 7-8 minutes for 2 trios.

Love this place so much!The food is amazing & huge.The burgers are too die for,the chicken is so crispy.Altough the burger size has decreased; it still remains so big that you will not be able to finish.Food is served fast so you do not have to wait too long.

First Timer. Passing by & decided to grab some food. Service is straight forward, fast food style. Large selection of burgers mainly & everything had a unique touch. I personally had the'buffalo' one & weren't really to my taste as it was really sour. We also had the Poulet Suisse which was really good. & also a platter crispy chicken something. Overall, value for money. Good food, good portions without being excessively expensive. & good thing they gave gloves cause the burgers are bigger than usual & it can get messy 😁 #recommended 💯

Got the big burger, thinking, how big can it really be... Its Ginormous. Chickens tenders have probably a full chicken breast in each one... If you're thinking that prices are a little more than the other restaurants, it's because portions are twice the size.

Everything about my experience was average hence the three stars. Music was too loud & inappropriate for children, service was quick enough for a fast food joint, but the staff didn't seem to particularly enjoy working there, which is understandable but shouldn't show in your face. Food was very bland, & beside the huge portions it tasted only of processed cheese & processed sauce. There was no kick to it & after 2-3 bites I had enough since everything tasted the same thing. We tried the'heartattack' burger or whatever it is called & the buffalo sauce chicken poutine. Would not go back.

My family & I went there after a long day. The gentleman there helped us with respect to choose the food best suit our taste. When the food was served, we were amazed by the appearance of the food. We started to dig in & the taste was awesome. The oil, specifically, was very fresh. The ingredients were fresh & everything was awesome. Honestly, it was the best burger I had ever eaten. P.S: Try fried chicken as well! Simply mouth-watering 😍

lovely tasty chicken cannot wait to try the burger. I went again on last Sunday & tried the burger; unbelievable taste very lean & tender meat loved every piece of it new flavours & dressing combinations & a huge sandwich. I took home at least the third of it with half of the chips they have.

What i love the most is that the burgers come out literally like how they advertised in the menu: Big, Juicy & fresh.
