Bonne place de BBQ, je recommande ribs & brisket, préférablement pas en sandwich afin de mieux apprécier la viande qui est excellente même sans sauce.

After walking through the meat market, the mere presence of this establishment induced salivation. Fortunately, the meal went above & beyond the high expectations I had.

For only 30CAD, between 2 people we rolled out of the market, bellies full of the most succulent pork ribs, juicy melt-in-your-mouth smoked sausage, & a light green goddess salad to cut the heavy meat. I'll add, the ribs had a gorgeous dry rub with the tastiest hot sauce & bbq on the side--perfect for not getting your face soaked in sauce & leaving plenty of delicious rib flavor to enjoy.

Can't recommend enough!
