Très mauvaise expérience. J'ai commandé un toast aux oeufs & on m'a servi une portion ridicule : un demi pain brûlé avec un peu d'oeufs. Quand je l'ai signalé, la serveuse a reconnu que ce n'était pas normal & a repris l'assiette pour corriger.
Quelques minutes plus tard, une autre serveuse est revenue & a littéralement jeté l'assiette sur la table. Quand j'ai expliqué que je n'avais pas aimé le service & que je préférais finalement retourner le plat, elle m'a répondu mot pour mot que j'étais'méchante'.
Je n'ai jamais vu un service aussi irrespectueux. Le manager a essayé de rattraper la situation, mais c'était trop tard.
Ce n'était pas ma première visite & à chaque fois le service a été catastrophique. Les serveuses sont vraiment malpolies. À éviter absolument.
Food is absolutely delicious, & I loved the atmosphere. The music is so well curated, I honestly need their playlist. The sourdough pizza is a game changer, & don't skip the madeleine; it instantly transported me back to childhood.

It's refreshing to see a new restaurant that values customer service as much as quality of food & interior design. Smiling service people unafraid of eye contact & genuine chill vibes Is surprisingly rare these days. I had the anchovie tomato toast with soup & quite literally was blown by the flavor n fullness of the squash soup. What I love is the obvious attention to detail without waiters feeling the need to explain everything-this tells me they know their value & trust I'll see it too. Extra points for being able to use my laptop while eating :) looking forward to going back!
Just ate here & I was pretty underwhelmed. Very trendy vibe with closely packed tables which would be cool & all if the food was quick & cheap. Instead it was very slow & very expensive.
We sat down early (6pm) & ordered everything (one app & a couple of pizzas) straight away. The focaccia came quickly as you'd expect but we then waited another 1.5h for our pizzas!
Service was very meh, felt like we were an inconvenience & got no apologies for the delay in the food. Focaccia was great but the pizzas were nothing special, tomato sauce had no flavour in my opinion.
Put this all together & I would have left unimpressed but unbothered however picking up the check at the end I was shocked by the total. Couple of hundred dollars for very slow average pizza is daylight robbery.
Une perle rare dans le Mile-end! Nourriture de qualité & savoureuse, belle ambiance (musique un peu forte) & service soigné : le tout sans se vider le portefeuille! On a tout aimé!
I really wanted to love it given the rave reviews about the pizza but it was nothing special in my opinion. Food was forgettable as was the service. The interior is really beautiful though with an open concept kitchen & communal seating.
Vraiment bien ! La pizza était excellente & superbe ambiance. Le service était un peu lent mais ils sont ouverts depuis tout récemment alors c'est probablement une période de rodage encore. Le décor est accueillant, l'espace est vaste, bien situé centralement. Il va falloir y retourner pour tester la carte des vins & cocktails.
Wish I could rate this higher because the food & atmosphere were great. However, after failing to catch the attention of any staff for 45+ mins (our waitress disappeared) we had to go ask to pay at the front. They seemed unfazed by this.

Went for breakfast, & loved the simple menu. I got the breakfast platter. It was exactly what I wanted. A light but filling breakfast.
I also likes the madeleine too.
The service was great. Staff were very attentive & everything came quite fast, while the restaurant was fully packed.
Really enjoyed the atmosphere & the decor too.
Will be back again. :)
Je suis venue tester ce restaurant suite à une recommandation familiale, notamment pour la pizza. L'endroit est vraiment très joli, avec une ambiance agréable & soignée.
Malheureusement, le service n'a pas été à la hauteur. Il était lent & peu attentionné, sans être franchement désagréable, mais en dessous du minimum attendu. Notre serveuse nous a ignorées à deux reprises. Lorsque nous avons mentionné que la focaccia était froide & légèrement caoutchouteuse, on nous a simplement répondu qu'elle était préparée le matin avec ton défensif & nonchalant.
En revanche, la pizza était excellente rien à redire sur ce point là.
Je recommande donc pour le cadre & la pizza, mais le service & les entrées mériteraient clairement d'être améliorés. Je retenterai ma chance une autre fois.
J'y suis allée à deux reprises. À chaque fois, le même constat. Le cadre est chaleureux, la nourriture délicieuse, mais le service décevant. On nous fait attendre dans le corridor de l'entrée alors qu'il y a des places, car le personnel est plus intéressé à discuter qu'à servir les clients. Il y a beaucoup de personnel, & pourtant nous n'avions pas nos couverts sur la table, nous avons dû demander à plusieurs reprises un refill de nos verres d'eau, & à la fin nous avons dû appeler la serveuse pour demander des gourmandises à emporter & les additions, car cela faisait bien 45 minutes que personne n'était venu nous voir.
C'est dommage, car tout le reste vaut vraiment la peine…
Pas la première fois & très certainement pas la dernière.
Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, la nourriture excellente. L'espace est vraiment très beau & bien pensé!
my partner & I were seated right next to the kitchen pass & I swear to you, it was the best experience. felt like I was sitting in my grandma's kitchen, everything was so warm & inviting & it was an absolute treasure to watch the food being prepared. you can tell there is a lot of love in this place & the staff care about the food they're putting in front of you.
p.s. try the butters. I am forever changed & wish I could buy their butter trio to use at home
