Constantly evolving, the Pied de Cochon celebrates its 20th anniversary in November 2021. This à la carte restaurant is located in the heart of the Plateau Mont-Royal. Authentic to its Quebec and Canadian roots, the dishes are hearty and comforting. Adopting the style from French brasseries, the chef and his team draw inspiration from local and seasonal products to create a timeless menu. via LibroTrès déçu de notre expérience culinaire notamment pour le magret en conserve: pièce de viande impossible à trancher, trop ferme & de ce fait impossible à mâcher. Quand on parle de foie gras c'est tout au plus de la mousse. Nous avions souligner que nous fêtions notre 55ieme anniversaire de mariage & rien n'a été fait ou offert.

Unfortunately, a few hours later one of our party was very sick, throwing up everything that he had eaten that evening. Given that only he ate the nigiri foie gras, it was perhaps that dish. We had hoped for a better overall experience to match the very positive experiences that we had in the past.
