We attended this baking workshop as a birthday gift for my cousin & we had a wonderful time. Our chef was super fun, knowledgeable & shared lots of useful baking tips.
The class is collaborative, with participants working on different parts of multiple recipes rather than making individual dishes. It was occasionally a little confusing keeping track of three different creations at once, but the online recipes should be helpful for recreating them at home.
My only complaint is that no one warned us to support the takeout boxes from the bottom. Unfortunately, mine gave out as soon as we left & all my pastries fell onto the street...
Despite that, it was a fantastic experience & we'll definitely be back for more culinary workshops!
Ue excellente expérience chez Ateliers & Saveurs le 21 avril dernier. Le chef fut vraiment exceptionel & avons beaucoup appris grace à son partage de connaissances. Excellent repas ( Tartare de boeuf, Paella & dessert. Je recommande fortement.
It was a fantastic experience! Even though we were the only two English Speakers, the Chef translated everything for us to follow. Highly recommended! It was a day to remember:)

Suite à une mauvaise expérience, Ateliers & Saveurs nous a très genereseument offert un coura de notre choix en pâtisserie. Nous avons pris celui pour les macarons & avons passer un super moment.
La chef était très dynamique, nous adonné plein de conseils & répondu à toute nos questions en paratageant son expérience personnelle.

Super atelier avec horaire bien équilibré. On a eu le temps de faire toutes les recettes: mousse au chocolat, éclair, brownies, etc. La cheffe est très sympathique! #teamcheffearianne

L'ambiance est très cosy, chaleureuse & conviviale dès l'arrivée. On se sent tout de suite à l'aise.
Les chefs sont incroyables : très pédagogues, toujours disponibles, de très bons conseils & ils accompagnent le groupe du début à la fin avec beaucoup de professionnalisme & de bonne humeur. Les recettes sont à la fois simples, bien expliquées & délicieuses, ce qui permet à tout le monde de participer, peu importe le niveau.
Tout est parfaitement organisé : c'est dynamique, bien rythmé, on ne perd pas de temps, tout est prêt & bien mesuré, tout en laissant largement la place au plaisir, aux échanges & aux rires.
On cuisine, on apprend, on s'amuse… le tout dans une super ambiance.
Une expérience complète & très réussie, que je recommande sans hésiter pour un team building ou un moment de groupe mémorable. Nous avons adoré !
Our team had an amazing experience at Atelier & Saveurs! We did have some minor inconveniences with the change in location, however the team was very generous in return. The team created a wonderful environment for us to cook & drink together, while making new team memories! Arnaud was a fantastic mixologist host (& incredibly funny!) & Manon was a superb chef - she handled our at times loud group with ease! Additional shout-out to the lovely gentleman who cleaned up after us. Thank you for making this team event a success!! :)
