Service was great, just a bit of a disconnect amoungt the employees. It was a birthday celebration, we had quietly whispered to the waiter how the bill should be split & bringing out dessert secretly. Understand it happens, no biggy but wanted to share feedback. I will be back !
J'avais commandé le sandwich Mr. Arthur au poulet frit & ce n'est absolument pas ce que j'ai reçu, même si j'ai mentionné au serveur qu'il m'amenait le mauvais plat la première fois, il a ramené à une deuxième reprise le mauvais plat. Je ne voulais pas faire de drame, car j'étais avec des clients, mais vos serveurs devraient être plus prudents.
Our server was a green rookie. He obviously did not received any training & he ruined the experience. We talked to the manager who somewhat turn the situation to a fair agreement. I been to this restaurant last spring & if I compare the price has increased & the portion has decreased
Arrived at 12:10 & was served at 1 PM on a work week Wednesday. Salad & appetizers came all together with main meal. We received food after people that had arrived after us. Not our style.
You guys need to open during the weekend with resos ! A will be a major game changer instead of going to the St Henri location & wait 2hours to get a table !

Une machine a expresso est à mon avis un incontournable dans un restaurant aujourd'hui. Ne pas pouvoir servir un expresso à la fin d'un repas à ses clients teinte négativement son expérience. Cela a été mon cas. Dommage, car tout le reste était parfait.

Pros: the food was very good, especially the pancake. The space is nice & I like that we can make a reservation for brunch. Con: from the moment I arrived it was off to a bad start. When I arrived, there was a lady, I assumed the hostess, standing at the door & looking down at something. Not once did she look up to greet me or acknowledge my presence in any way. It wasn't until a guy came from the other end of the restaurant, walked toward me & greeted me. He looked down exactly where the lady was looking & then walked me to my table. Not sure what the lady was doing, but a simple "Hi, just a moment" would have been sufficient. Soon after I was seated, the waiter greeted me & brought some water, which is good. My friends came soon after that, & by the time they settled in & looked at the menu, it was a while before the waiter came to see us. We actually had to call him to our table. At this point, the restaurant was not so crowded, so not sure why it took so long. We had questions about the menu - it was our first time. After a few back & forth, we finally placed our order, & that's when the waiting game really began. While we waited, two groups arrived & were seated at the tables in the same row as ours. Some time went by before we received the order of pancakes & one of my friends received their plate. We assumed the other two plates would arrive momentarily. But they did not. In fact, one of the tables that arrived after us got their order before us. At that point, we called the waiter to ask how much longer we would have to wait. He went to the kitchen to check & came back to inform us that a mistake was made. He apologised & offered us mimosas & dessert on the house. We were grateful, but the fact remained that were hungry & had been waiting a while for our dishes. Overall, although I am curious to try the other items on the menu, I will definitely think twice before coming back.
So delicious! Serving staff were all friendly & helpful although they were a little overwhelmed. Food took forever & came to the table one plate at a time. One of our party did not receive their meal until quite a while after everybody else. Also, please up your coffee game! Basic filter coffee is so.... basic. But the food was excellent.
