Only one thought, if you know that there is a 2 hour wait for no reservation, tell people ahead rather than having them intuitively line up for 20 min just to have the hostess tell them one by one.
A lot of people made some mistakes, which is not a problem because of how good the food was. If you find yourself in need of a good breakfast, then this is the place for you, & I would 100% recommend the cottage cheese pancakes.
The food is always incredible. The service is ok with some unfortunate delays & mistakes. Even with a reservation, there's little organization & people who put a credit card down for a reserved table have to wait to be seated after walk-in customers, which for us meant waiting 15m to be seated past our reservation time (on some days I've been they have separate lines which seems more appropriate considering how popular they are as a breakfast/brunch spot).
The cottage cheese pancakes might honestly be the best pancakes I've ever had in my life light, fluffy & absolutely unforgettable. We also tried the deluxe breakfast sandwich, the latkes & the babka & every single bite was outstanding.
The service was warm, quick & genuinely friendly. & the atmosphere at Le Cathcart especially with that beautiful natural winter light pouring in makes the whole experience even more special. It's the kind of place you leave already planning your next visit.
First time visiting Arthur's & we were blown away. The cottage cheese pancakes are possibly the best pancakes I've ever had. We also tried the deluxe breakfast sandwich & the latkes, as well as the babka. Everything was excellent.
Service was quick & friendly & the vibe in Le Cathcart is quite nice, especially with the natural light in the winter.
Wow wow wow Arthur's!!! You outdid yourself today!!! I kept hearing from a friend about the brunch at Arthur's & about these best pancakes in the city. I was not planning on heading out this afternoon but made the trip & LET ME TELL YALL !!!! Me & my belly were left speechless with the amazing service from our waiter Stevo & the food coming out the kitchen. I challenge someone to refer me to better pancakes! & they don't serve pork🙌🏾the beef bacon is really good. Everything was fantastic except for the second round of drinks. ( they ran out of OJ & tried to compensate with an alternative & took an L…. We appreciate the effort but oufff) We have found our new go to from breakfast & brunch!

Jay sent ya!!
Breakfast was well prepared & enjoyed by all of us but the selection was limited to what we desired. No French Toast until the weekends we found rather absurd. Everything was fresh & servers friendly & helpful.
It was a really good brunch. The cottage cheese pancakes are so yum. I also had the breakfast sandwich which was also really good. Highly suggest this place & recommend to get the pancakes!
I made a reservation for Sunday breakfast but was surprised to find plenty of open seating when we arrived. That said, everything else was great. The cottage cheese pancakes were delicious, & the latke special tasted good with a nice side salad. Kind of a longer wait time for the food arrive though. Service was very friendly & attentive without being overbearing. A solid spot with good vibes.
