✨ Une très belle découverte dans le quartier de Monkland !

On a soupé dans ce restaurant installé dans un bâtiment authentique qui donne beaucoup de charme à l'endroit.

Pour commencer, on a pris les patates douces avec leur sauce : vraiment très savoureuses ! 🍠 La sauce était excellente, au point où j'en aurais aimé un peu plus, surtout avec la portion généreuse de frites de patate douce.

Ensuite, on a goûté les pâtes & le burger. Les pâtes étaient légères & parfaitement cuites. 🍝 Mais le burger… vraiment MASSIF ! 😍 Très addictif, avec une petite touche spicy & des oignons crus mais tout en douceur. Un très bel équilibre de saveurs.

& pour finir, le cheesecake à la fraise 🍓🍰 : une vraie surprise ! Il était accompagné d'une petite touche d'huile d'olive qui a complètement rehaussé le dessert & l'a amené à un autre level. 🤌✨ Une combinaison surprenante mais vraiment excellente !

Le dessert a pris un peu de temps à arriver, mais honnêtement, ce n'était pas grave du tout : le service était déjà merveilleux & l'équipe a même eu la gentillesse de nous offrir le gâteau en cadeau. ✨

Une expérience vraiment agréable, autant pour la nourriture que pour le service. On reviendra avec plaisir ! ❤?

It doesn't compare to anything I've had before. The food is exceptional. Every dish is perfectly dressed & seasoned, with just the right amount of flavour & crunch.

We've shared 5 appetizers & a main amongst 4 & it was enough food. There's not a single dish I wouldn't recommend. We've had their special of the day corn salad (fresh tomatoes, cheese, & a creamy sauce topped with crispy onions), the tuna tostada & salmon tartare, the potato wedges (I've never had anything like this… you need to experience it for yourself), & the shrimp.

Note that this is not a budget restaurant. Expect to spend upwards of $75 per person. It's a small space & it gets quite noisy. Make reservations ahead of time - we reserved weeks ahead & almost every time slot was booked. Service is a bit slow, expect a wait.

Highly recommend the crudo & fried pumpkin !! So refreshing & delicious. It was my first time having crudo & it did not disappoint! I LOVED the sauce for both appetizers, delicious with the crunch from the chips & the fried pumpkin.

Ouhh & equally loved the grilled cauliflower!

Staff are fast & move with efficiency together.

The pasta was regular a little over salted for me & the fish was good too. No crumbs left !! 😊 the appetizers were the stars of the show, would definitely return & recommend !

J'ai essayé les pâtes & le burger, & les deux étaient incroyablement délicieux. La cuisson des pâtes était parfaite, la sauce bien équilibrée, & ça donnait vraiment un côté comfort food. Le burger, lui, était à un autre niveau : la viande était très juteuse & savoureuse, avec un équilibre parfait avec le pain. Un burger qui a l'air simple, mais vraiment très bien exécuté.
L'ambiance de l'endroit est très chaleureuse & conviviale, avec un style diner classique, mais avec une touche moderne. Le service était aussi assez rapide & attentionné.

Delightful & thoughtful menu that somehow straddles the line between comfort & innovation. We had fried pumpkin, perogis, greens, fries & a schnizel plate -- be warned, they run out of this dish before night's end. The fries were excellent, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, & hallelujah! utterly free of truffle/parmesan/spice mixes. The perogis are a 6 portion starter served on a remarkable date-based sauce. These reminded me of a very elevated Mexican-type dish from a textural p-o-v, like mini quesadillas over a bean purée, but the ingredients were definitely none of those things. The sliced pumpkin is another stater, perfect for sharing except I kept it all to myself as my main dish. Addictive! The greens, a side dish, had a smoky burned butter type sauce that was perfection. The schnizel was large & tasty. We also had a nicely sour palomita to drink. Definitely reserve before going; we got lucky as two people who could fit at the bar. Nice to chat with our server/bartender & met the owner briefly. Excellent attentive, friendly service.

Arthur's is at it again. Bringing their local charm & delicious cuisine back to NDG. You could barely tell this was their first week open, already full & buzzing with locals dying to get some of the coveted chicken schnitzel. The service impressed me as much as the food, attentive, friendly & clearly experienced. The drinks were a high point for me, even if the owner wanted me to add more dirt, my martini was delicious. The burger is going to be competing for the best on the block, & that's saying something. The shrimp appetizer was a great portion, cooked perfectly with a nice spicy cocktail sauce. Looking forward to going back
