The food is okay. The portions are very good. The service is excellent.
That all said, it is rather noisy & squashy inside, it is kind of uncomfortable. If you can, get a table outside.

Finally got to try Arthurs Dinette - WOW!!
The service & atmosphere are exceptional. Our waitress was new & yet very knowledgeable, patient & welcoming. The pierogis are the best I've had. The corn salad was out of this world. Pasta was incredibly on point… & then came the rib eye… flawless!
Can't wait to come back!

I never had such lousy wenersnitzel & it was not even veal!!! All the plates were huge which did not make it better!!! But the service was good & the atmosphere & the music was pleasant.

Food & drinks were amazing, but unfortunately, we felt rushed throughout the entire dinner. We were constantly being asked if we were ready to order, & they brought out all of our appetizers & mains at the same time, rather than letting us enjoy the meal at a normal pace. We were ultimately asked to leave after only two hours which has never happened to us anywhere else.

I wouldn't recommend this place if you come as a group or like to take your time with your dinner. It was pretty disappointing.

Amazing! ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!
We initially reserved for 2 at the bar, there was a bit of a wait, but we didn't mind. Maitre D was so nice & offered us drinks at the terrace. Then, they offered us a nice table; we were pleasantly surprised.
The food was so good. I really recommend the sweet potatoes appetizer & the corn salad. The salmon tartare was also so delicious!
Service was exquisite.
Would i return? Yes!
Should you go? Absolutely! 💯

✨ Une très belle découverte dans le quartier de Monkland !

On a soupé dans ce restaurant installé dans un bâtiment authentique qui donne beaucoup de charme à l'endroit.

Pour commencer, on a pris les patates douces avec leur sauce : vraiment très savoureuses ! 🍠 La sauce était excellente, au point où j'en aurais aimé un peu plus, surtout avec la portion généreuse de frites de patate douce.

Ensuite, on a goûté les pâtes & le burger. Les pâtes étaient légères & parfaitement cuites. 🍝 Mais le burger… vraiment MASSIF ! 😍 Très addictif, avec une petite touche spicy & des oignons crus mais tout en douceur. Un très bel équilibre de saveurs.

& pour finir, le cheesecake à la fraise 🍓🍰 : une vraie surprise ! Il était accompagné d'une petite touche d'huile d'olive qui a complètement rehaussé le dessert & l'a amené à un autre level. 🤌✨ Une combinaison surprenante mais vraiment excellente !

Le dessert a pris un peu de temps à arriver, mais honnêtement, ce n'était pas grave du tout : le service était déjà merveilleux & l'équipe a même eu la gentillesse de nous offrir le gâteau en cadeau. ✨

Une expérience vraiment agréable, autant pour la nourriture que pour le service. On reviendra avec plaisir ! ❤?

It doesn't compare to anything I've had before. The food is exceptional. Every dish is perfectly dressed & seasoned, with just the right amount of flavour & crunch.

We've shared 5 appetizers & a main amongst 4 & it was enough food. There's not a single dish I wouldn't recommend. We've had their special of the day corn salad (fresh tomatoes, cheese, & a creamy sauce topped with crispy onions), the tuna tostada & salmon tartare, the potato wedges (I've never had anything like this… you need to experience it for yourself), & the shrimp.

Note that this is not a budget restaurant. Expect to spend upwards of $75 per person. It's a small space & it gets quite noisy. Make reservations ahead of time - we reserved weeks ahead & almost every time slot was booked. Service is a bit slow, expect a wait.

Very good service. Our steak was overdone & it was recognized & replaced immediately. The harissa shrimps were amazing. One thing tho, I found a lot of the food too salty. A little heavy on the maldon salt there, even our cheesecake had too much. Maybe scale back on that, & it's perf.

Had a great experience at Arthur's. The shrimp app was amazing? The rose pasta was delicious & the schnitzel is absolutely enormous & equally tasty. The service was friendly & attentive. Jessy our waiter did an amazing job & overall can't wait to go back.
