Had a great time at Annie's sur le lac with my friends! We ordered a couple of drinks, a veg burger, fish tacos, fish & chips, & the chicken wings (Diablo) - hands down the best for spice lovers. The flavor & heat were just perfect! Food came out fresh, portions were generous, & the lakeside vibe made it even better. Definitely a spot worth visiting with friends.
We ordered 2 cheeseburgers for our kids. The meat patty was burnt. The fries looked like the bottom of the frier with bits & pieces, rather than full fries. The order also took over 20min to arrive. Food is not worth the price. The waitress was very friendly & helpful.
They have the sweetest spot by the river, the staff is very friendly. The calamari were the best I've had (that I can remember), The Annie's Ale was great & the Aperol was supe
Nice spot facing the water, good food, friendly staff, great in summer with a nice cold beer on the deck.
My entré arrived along with my main course. Had to bring it home.
Not going back, the fries are over cooked in old oil. The fish batter is soft, you don't get much, but the wings are good & calamari.
Need to be more organized & bring entés before your meal ar least 10 minutes.
We had a lunch at Annies Sur Le Lac located in Sainte-Anne-De-Bellevue. We ordered Saumon de l'atlantique, a grilled salmon 🍣 served with roasted vegetables & fries. On the side I had Guinness. A perfect sunny day to have at the back side of the restaurant overlooking at Canal Sainte-Anne & St Lawrence River. The food was delicious & salmon was well cooked. The staffs were very generous & there was an old guy who was sarcastic while we were talking. I loved the atmosphere & inside ambience of the restaurant. No reservation is required, we just dropped by. We will visit again during fall season & will try something else. Merci Beaucoup!!
We've been visiting for a few years now, normally to enjoy a few beers & a plate of nachos by the pier on a summer's day. The latter never disappoints & staff has always been friendly (if a little on the slower side), but as with almost everything else, prices have gone a little berserk & it's getting to be a little too expensive for what it is. I still recommend it to anyone who wants to take in the sights & sounds on a beautiful day whilst downing a brewsky or two.
The fajitas were absolutely delicious, the location was beautiful, & the staff was friendly. Great place to stop by!
My friend & I ate there today because it was the only place open. He had a fried chicken sandwich I had a well done hamburger . We also each had a soupe a l'ognion. When the soupe arrived it was cold & sent back & it took 1/2 hr to get it back & our second meals took a long time. When we both got home we both had severe stomach pain followed by diaherra. Not funny & will never eat there again because it was the first time that they opened during the winter . Not worth the money. They thanked us for being patient fine but both sick
Niiiice place Food is great, large portions Service is fast & very friendly Location is awesome with a parking literally next to it. I will definitely go again
Best fried calamari I ever had! & believe me I had fried calamari plenty of times prior to eating here. They were crunchy outside & soft & delicious inside. & the two dipping sauces that came with the calamari were out of this world. Really, words aren't enough to describe just how amazing the whole experience had been. Can't wait to go back soon & enjoy the fried calamari once again!
Food is delicious; we had beer & chicken fajitas. Chicken was great tender & flavourful. Friendly staff & lovely atmosphere too.
This is my first time back to Annies in over a decade & I love what the new owners have done with the space. I was there with friends after 7pm on a Friday night & the place was packed. The servings were generous, served hot, & very tasty. Our waitress, Ann, was very friendly & attentive. All in all, I'm happy to be back & look forward to my next visit. ;-)
Food is pretty on par with most pubs & boardwalk restaurants. Service is always friendly, but can be a bit slow to get food orders if the place is really bumpin (not really a complaint, just be ready for that if you're in rush). Superb terrace with view of the canal for boat & people watching!
Food was good. Waitress was friendly. Hostess was not as nice. We were meeting another couple, who had already found a table, but they wanted to change table due to a rowdy bunch next to them. The hostess refused, but the waiter was quick to fix this. Sad part was there was no coffee or tea to end our meal. Were told the coffee sometimes works !?!
Had a great experience, food was excellent, service was quick & friendly, alexia & cierra were awesome! Would recomend & come back!
By the lake restaurant that offers great ambiance & a place to enjoy with family & friends. Nachos are good & so is the burger. Good eats & good vibes for sure
It's one of my favorite places in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue. The dressing is amazing, & the shrimp are big. The spices are just right. The location by the lake makes the atmosphere beautiful. The service is friendly & bilingual, & the overall vibe is great. It's suitable for big groups, dates, or even solo visits. It's rare to find a place that fits everything. During the week, try their specials-it's worth it.
Club wrap was delicious & big enough for two. Homemade fries are amazing.
