0/10 comme expérience dans ce restaurant.
La serveuse a ajouté un pourboire de 24$ sans nous demander notre autorisation. (Plus l 10$ de pourboire cache ) En plus, nous avions commandé une pizza végétarienne, mais nous avons reçu une autre pizza que nous n'avons même pas mangée… & nous avons quand même dû la payer.
Lorsque j'ai parlé à la propriétaire, elle a essayé de me convaincre que le montant n'était pas de24$ , alors que j'étais certaine du total affiché. Au lieu de reconnaître le problème & de chercher une solution, j'ai eu l'impression qu'on remettait ma parole en doute.
Très déçue du service & de la façon dont la situation a été gérée.

Waitress was so nice but im sorry the food was awful worse food ive had in my LIFE. Calamari were dark looking like they were cooked in the oldest oil ever the pizza tasted rotten the poutine had no flavor & still manage to taste rotten. the lack of accountability & acting shocked when i raised my concern was hilarious anyway we paid full price with a FULL table left nasty NEVER again. Time for this place to move on & close

the worst costumer service ive ever received
the server literally threw the menu & food on my table & she had the worst attitude when me & other people wanted to pay
i understand it was busy as i also work in a restaurant but you have to have patience when youre serving people
overall i had the worst experience
small portions & the drink was awful too wont be going back

Place is visibly dirty, which raises concerns about food hygiene. I've only eaten there once & was not impressed. I've also heard multiple negative experiences from others regarding both the food & overall ambiance, so I won't be returning. Also, be aware that the prices on the online menu don't match what's charged in the restaurant.
