Probablement l'une des plus belles dégustations depuis des lunes ! Tout était exécuté à la perfection. Le vin etait en parfait accord avec le plat. Le service était impeccable. &, enfin, que dire de l'ambiance. Un endroit coup de coeur !
Was here for mtlatable. Excellent food with good flavor balance & excellent ( natural?) wines that pair really well with the food. My only negative comment was the arctic char was a little bit over salted, & the dish could use a touch bit more acidity in the sauce perhaps, but otherwise was very delicious. Everything else great.

Excellent restaurant, nous nous sommes régalés, les plats sont raffinés & délicieux. Le vin était également très bon & adapté à nos plats. Le service est très professionnel & sympathique mais je l'ai trouvé un peu trop intense (on peut donc se demander si c'est une volonté de bien faire ou de pouvoir renouveler la table...). Dans tous les cas c'était un très bon moment & je recommande fortement.
Un très beau moment avec une équipe très agréable dans un cadre superbe ! Très belle carte des vins ! Menu simple & efficace sous forme de petites assiettes à partager ! Délicieux
Lieu tendance, décoration épurée, très esthétique & service très courtois mais lorsque l'on va dans d'un restau c'est avant tout la cuisine, les saveurs, l'émotion que l'on vient chercher, & là malheureusement il n'y a rien de tout ça. Plats sans saveur, prix exorbitants pour la quantité, cocktails pas équilibrés, salle beaucoup trop bruyante, les temakis sont corrects mais ça ne compense pas le reste. Restaurant qui surfe sur la tendance des minis assiettes avec des maxis prix. Dommage car le concept de sourcer les produits localement est super.
Very good restaurant, nice variety of dishes with surprising associations. Good selection of wines with the help of the waitress. Nice atmosphere with a beautiful terrace & an open kitchen

In one word, wow! Perfect balance of creativity, beauty & deliciousness. This place isn't just for Instagram, it's mainly for the palate. The highlights were the tuna with watermelon, halibut with mushrooms, & salad with granola. Everything we ordered was really good too to be fair - sourdough, hand pulled noodles, temaki. Every ingredient seemed fresh & highly selective. The service was friendly & paced well. I wish they were open another night during our stay so that we could've gone back. Can't wait to come back here again!
Excellent. Petit menu inspiré & inspirant qui met en valeur les saveurs locales & saisonnières. La terrasse à l'arrière est féérique. Service impeccable, cocktails intéressants. Les temakis étaient frais & savoureux & les nouilles biang biang valent le détour.
One week later & I am still blown away by the meal & experience I had here. We drove by & decided to stop in for a unplanned late night meal at the bar. From the menu I didn't think it was really what I wanted to eat (Not a foodie by any means & generally shy away from those type of places) The food presented to us was nothing short of spectacular, unique, full of taste. The service was impeccable & I honestly believe this was one of the greatest meals I have EVER eaten in my lifetime. The value was also incredible with fairly priced food at every step as well as drinks. Special mention to the 99 year old GE fridge that was an awesome feature to see still working! Don't even hesitate or think twice about coming here. I am already coming back less than a week later craving their Tuna & watermelon dish.
Love the creativity & the vibe of this place. The food was refined, with every dish carefully thought out. If i could i would give 4.5 stars for the food, but alas i have to give 4 stars because some dishes kind of missed the mark, & at such a high price it can't go unnoticed. Some dishes were INCREDIBLE & others really good but nothing crazy. Every dish was unique, but i would've loved to see even more eclectic combinations & tastes. Nevertheless, a great meal if you want to celebrate with loved ones. We loved loved loved the razor clams & the ris de veau. Could've skipped the temaki honestly. We also liked being able to see the chefs cooking (they also had a little barbecue to cook the asparagus which was fun).
Superbe bouffe, super service, de bons conseils, full sympa... mais en cas de pluie, ne pas réserver une table avec banquette... l'humidité court & se laisse tomber un peu sur cette derniere..
