Extremely slow pace, had to wait +45 minutes between courses (place was more than half empty). Small portions overall, paid +100 per person & had to go immediately after to a bar nearby to grab a pizza.
Perfect cappuccino, creamy iced latte, yummy pancakes, & healthy avocado toast: the best brunch since we arrived in Albany.

Nous y étions ce soir. Avons très bien mangé. Par contre, pour ce qui est du confort, il faut repasser. Sur la terrasse, mini table & chaises/banquettes très très inconfortables. Ces tables/chaises sont dignes d'une fast food. Même dans la salle à manger ce sont des chaises en bois. Fraudrait voir à changer le mobilier. C'est certain que nous n'y reviendrons pas. Mais la nourriture excellente. De plus, on doit payer 5.50$ pour avoir du pain. Dans l'ensemble très bon service.

Cuisine intéressante, moderne & bien exécutée, avec des portions de petite taille. Cela dit, on sait à quoi s'attendre en venant chez Anémone sur ce point.
Le service est impeccable : souriant, professionnel & attentionné.
En revanche, l'expérience est malheureusement gâchée par le niveau de bruit. Malgré une ambiance tamisée, peut-être même un peu trop sombre, le concept de cuisine ouverte génère un vacarme difficilement supportable. Ce n'est pas tant le principe de la cuisine ouverte qui pose problème, mais le fait que rien ne semble être fait pour limiter le bruit produit par l'équipe en cuisine. Les conversations des cuisiniers, les casseroles & la plonge prennent constamment le dessus sur celles des clients.
On a rapidement l'impression que le confort des convives passe au second plan. C'est dommage, car la qualité de la cuisine & du service mériterait un environnement à la hauteur.
Pour ma part, je n'y retournerai pas… à moins d'apportez des bouchons d'oreilles.
one of the best restaurants in montreal. food was delicious & service was top notch. highly recommend doing family style to try as many dishes as possible. we were 2 & took 6 plates & some bread on the side, no regrets, everything was excellent!! we had the first 3 temakis on the menu, lamb, trout gravlax, beef tartare, biang biang noodle & the special which was the surf & turf & it was DELICIOUS!!
Nous avons bien apprécié ce restaurant, pour son cadre & sa cuisine modernes , pour le service & l'extrême gentillesse du personnel féminin , plutôt rare de nos jours. Merci !
