The meat quality is outstanding tender, juicy, & clearly fresh. Grilled over charcoal, it has that deep, smoky flavor you just can't replicate any other way.
I'm a very frequent customer & have ordered from here many times, which makes this experience even more unacceptable.
My recent order was a complete disaster. The kebab arrived undercooke, & the chicken was completely burnt-blackened, dry, & with barely any meat. The entire meal was inedible & had to be thrown away. Paying $85 for food that cannot even be eaten is outrageous.
What made this even worse was the response from the restaurant. When I called to report the issue, I was simply told to contact Uber Eats for a refund, with zero effort to take responsibility, offer compensation, or even apologize properly. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a returning customer.
This experience shows a complete lack of quality control & customer care. I will seriously reconsider ordering from here again.

I absolutely recommend this place. I have been ordering grilled meats & kebabs from them for 10 years & the food quality is consistent. The service is efficient, courteous & the portions are generous.
On top of that this restaurant is recognized in the community for donating food to multiple causes & charities.
Al Quds is honestly one of the best restaurants around. The food is absolutely amazing & you can tell everything is made with care. The portions are very generous & the prices are extremely reasonable for the amount & quality you get.
What really makes this place stand out though is the people. The staff are always welcoming, kind, & make you feel like family every time you walk in. On top of that, they have shown so much heart for the community. During the floods & the ice storm, they stepped up & helped people by offering food to those who were struggling.
Great food, great prices, & genuinely great people behind it. I highly recommend Al Quds to anyone looking for a delicious meal & a place that truly cares about its community.
This is by far one of the best places on the West Island. We've eaten here many times & each time has been absolutely amazing taste wise & quality wise. 🤩

Catered & had food delivered on Saturday night for 1st time....it was fantastic. The food, quality, delivery, service was impeccable, all guests loved the food (delicious, fresh & warm). The main chef took extra care with me as I was ordering for preparation....did not disappoint at all. Will definitely be going back,...Bravo & thank you for making my wife's Bday a great success.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The food was completely unacceptable. The rice had absolutely no taste, the fries were bizarre & hollow inside, & the BBQ chicken was burnt to the point of being inedible. The plate was drowned in pointless sauces that added nothing-no real flavor at all. The lamb chops were embarrassingly small & not worth the money.
On top of that, the parking lot was completely covered in ice & not salted at all, which is very unsafe. Inside the restaurant, the dining area was cold due to drafty windows, making it uncomfortable to sit & eat.
Overall, this place showed zero attention to food quality, customer comfort, or basic safety. It was a complete waste of money & time.

We've been to AlQuds Grill in Montreal multiple times, & every visit has been consistently excellent. Whether you're a first-timer or a returning guest like us, the experience rarely disappoints.
The Super Mix Grill & 1 Kg Mix Grill are our go-to choices - perfectly grilled meats, full of authentic Middle Eastern flavor, & served in generous portions. Every bite is juicy & well-seasoned, & the quality is always top-notch. The sides & sauces that come with the grill are a great complement too.
What stands out just as much as the food is the friendly service. The staff is always welcoming & attentive, & they manage to stay upbeat even during the busiest times.
A couple of things to keep in mind:
• Space is limited, so it's definitely a good idea to make a reservation, especially during peak hours.
• It can get crowded, & when it does, expect a short wait (about 15-20 minutes) for your food, but it's worth it.
• We've also used their online ordering & pickup option, which has been smooth & reliable when we didn't have time to dine in.
Overall, AlQuds Grill is a solid choice for anyone craving flavorful grilled meats in a casual & welcoming setting. Highly recommended!
I was really disappointed with the food here. The meat was overcooked & had a burnt taste, which ruined the meal. For the price, the portion size was also quite small - definitely not worth the money. I expected better quality & value. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back
Not to exaggerate but their filet mignon pita hit the spot for me. First time trying & will be back for sure. Don't hesitate. Quality is definitely out of the ordinary.
