Fantastic food with excellent quality & generous portions. One of the best grill restaurants we've visited in Quebec. I really hope they open a branch on Montreal's South Shore. We'll definitely be back
For a 90 person party at my house in the south short we ordered weeks in advanced & had everything planned to have a family member pick up the food & bring it here. With all our guests present the order came & the grilled vegetables & the spicy pita was missing, order that amount of food & no pitas at at all. When we called a rude man said well we gave them to someone else by mistake what do you want us to do now, we don't have have them anymore. I told my mom not to waste time with that rude employee that to call the owner the following week & I'm sure he would make it right. & instead we proceed to order naan bread for our guest from a closer restaurant.
To my surprise when we spoke to the owner he was ever more rude than his employee & insisted that he would make us the grilled vegetables & the spicy pita now (days later). We were stunned what would do with that quantity after our event). He finally offered 70$ for all that. We took it because it's better than nothing but insulting none the less . As good as their food is I will no longer go back just because customer service is equally as important as food quality.
Over the past three years, I have consistently purchased high-quality food from this establishment. However, I have never taken the time to leave a review on Google. Today, an incident has prompted me to do so, specifically regarding the portion sizes.
Human error is a common occurrence, & I understand that mistakes can happen. I purchased an Alquds Plate, which was missing some meat & chicken. I promptly contacted the establishment, but without any explanation, they simply requested that I return & take the missing items.
While their response was professional, it is concerning that they did not provide an explanation for the incomplete plate. It is important to note that they prepared the entire plate instead of just two slices of beef, which is a significant deviation from their usual practice.
Despite this incident, I have always been satisfied with my experience at this establishment over the past three years. I have never been disappointed by their service or quality of food.

I'm writing to thank you for the Mother's Day BBQ meal we picked up from your restaurant. The quality, presentation, & service made the day feel special for our family.
The grilled meats were tender, well-seasoned, & served hot. The sides were fresh & well-portioned, & everything was packed carefully so it traveled well. It was clear that care went into both the preparation & the pick-up process.
Your staff were courteous, organized, & handled the holiday rush efficiently. Pick-up was quick & smooth, which made it easy to get home & enjoy the meal without any stress.
It's not easy to maintain that standard during a busy holiday, but Al Quds delivered. Thank you to the kitchen & front-of-house team for the effort & attention to detail.
We will be recommending Al Quds to friends & family, & we look forward to ordering again.
The meat quality is outstanding tender, juicy, & clearly fresh. Grilled over charcoal, it has that deep, smoky flavor you just can't replicate any other way.
I gave Alquds three full chances, but the food has gotten worse each time. Even when they're busy & packed, they need to maintain consistent quality. After these repeated disappointments, I've decided I will never spend my money here again.
Unfortunately, the quality has gone down. We used to love this place, but this time we were very disappointed with the food. We won't be ordering from here anymore.
I'm a very frequent customer & have ordered from here many times, which makes this experience even more unacceptable.
My recent order was a complete disaster. The kebab arrived undercooke, & the chicken was completely burnt-blackened, dry, & with barely any meat. The entire meal was inedible & had to be thrown away. Paying $85 for food that cannot even be eaten is outrageous.
What made this even worse was the response from the restaurant. When I called to report the issue, I was simply told to contact Uber Eats for a refund, with zero effort to take responsibility, offer compensation, or even apologize properly. That level of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a returning customer.
This experience shows a complete lack of quality control & customer care. I will seriously reconsider ordering from here again.
I absolutely recommend this place. I have been ordering grilled meats & kebabs from them for 10 years & the food quality is consistent. The service is efficient, courteous & the portions are generous.
On top of that this restaurant is recognized in the community for donating food to multiple causes & charities.
