Then why did you create such a fuss about it 1 kg worth of meat? First you made a mistake on the order, then when we told you that you made a mistake on the order, your ego came in the way & instead of doing right by your customer you were asking me to provide you proof that it was all chicken? & to drive all the way back & bring it back to you for just a small order of beef that needed to be added that YOU made a mistake on? If it isnt about that 1 kg then what is it? Many people on your own reviews have mentioned that you are rude & unpleasant. Instead of giving me advice, its time to take a hard look at yourself in the mirror. It is clearly apparent by me & many others that based on the reviews of your restaurant that you take advantage of your customers & not the other way around. Also your responses to these reviews show that you never admit your mistakes even when so many people call you out on it. Your delusional ego us coming in the way. Don't try to gaslight me, it makes you look even worse. As for Facebook post, if you think that is a threat then that is laughable, why dont you go to CNN too & cry about it & play the victim. Do as you please just like you have been doing in this whole situation. Unpleasant, rude & disrespectful. Maybe an advice for you instead because clearly you need it: Try being nice for a change, it works. & maybe then you will realize that a customer who has been ordering from your restaurant for years should not be receiving this type of reaction or response to a mistake you all made. You might realize that it was not worth it. & if you don't your loss. Keep it up then & you will lose a lot more customers.
This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had. The food was completely unacceptable. The rice had absolutely no taste, the fries were bizarre & hollow inside, & the BBQ chicken was burnt to the point of being inedible. The plate was drowned in pointless sauces that added nothing-no real flavor at all. The lamb chops were embarrassingly small & not worth the money.
On top of that, the parking lot was completely covered in ice & not salted at all, which is very unsafe. Inside the restaurant, the dining area was cold due to drafty windows, making it uncomfortable to sit & eat.
Overall, this place showed zero attention to food quality, customer comfort, or basic safety. It was a complete waste of money & time.
Amazing food & price. The bbq chicken is super delicious. The lamb chops are not really well cooked. A bit disappointed about the sambosek its was advertised very wrong. I received a small square piece where it was supposed to be a half circle pastry which tastes way better & bigger size.
Really enjoyed the chicken/ beef bbq with fresh salads, humus & garlic sauce. Staff was very nice & helpful. Will definitely visit the restaurants again. Keep up the good work!

We absolutely loved the food during our visit. We ordered 1kg of kafta, 1kg of tawouk, & one whole chicken. Everything was freshly prepared right in the kitchen on the charcoal which any one can see, & you could really taste the difference. Every single bite was packed with flavor & cooked to perfection. The garlic sauce stood out - it was fresh, creamy, & had just the right kick to complement the meats. The humus, while decent, felt a bit dry & could have used a drizzle of olive oil to enhance the texture & richness. The salad was crisp & fresh, a great balance to the grilled items. The rice was okay - not amazing, but it did the job. Our kids also enjoyed the food, which is always a plus when dining out. The service was friendly & warm, & the staff made us feel very welcome. Prices were reasonable for the quantity & quality of food we received. Although the bathroom was on the smaller side, it was clean & well-kept. I even noticed the owner personally checking on orders, ensuring everything was just right. The charcoal-grilled whole chicken was my personal favorite - reminded me of a taste I once had in Canada. We'll definitely be coming back!
AL Quds Gouin is where I often order take out. I order the Kilo plates with either just Kefta or Kefta & Chicken. It's always fresh & delicious. The rice is so flavourful. I LOVE that they wait for you to show up before making the fries so they stay hot & crispy. This is just a little attention that I appreciate. I don't have their names, but the 2 young men preparing the takeout orders are amazing. One is Egyptian & the other Syrian. They never mess up an order & make sure everything is perfect.

Today i got a chance to have iftar at Alquds with an amazing meal with 10 sides ( juice , Fattoush salad, soup, dates, spicy pita , baklawa , rice with chicken etc)
this place is an absolute gem! Every time we order, we go for the chicken & filet mignon, & it's always perfection. The meats are cooked to perfection-juicy, tender, & bursting with flavor, even after the trip home. Now let's talk about the rice-it's out of this world! Fluffy, flavorful, & the perfect complement to the meal. Highly recommend!

The staff is friendly, attentive, & always eager to ensure you have a great experience. Whether you're dining solo or picking your order up, they make you feel satisfied. I can't recommend Al Quds Grill enough. It's the perfect spot for a satisfying meal with fantastic service.
Small takeout place but lots of action. Fresh & tasty food, good portion .. best thing is the flat chicken on the charcoal!also the cubes good. The beef cubes are tasty but not that tender, hence the 4 stars because of the chewy cuts. Kebab skewers are okay, there is room for it's taste to be improved...

It is one of the best grilled restaurant in Montreal however couples of times I saw quality of meat especially the kafata went down chicken always tasty but kafat last times had 2 different taste one overall 7.8/10 I would have give them more just because of the kafata last couple of times
