The menu at this place is my local favourite. Fresh & lively Korean flavours presented with French savoir-faire & heartiness. The kitchen service is relatively quick. The vibe is super cool, yet elegant. It's fun to be able to see the chefs working behind the bar. The wait staff are warm & very knowledgeable about the menu & wine pairings. My only quibble would be that when it gets busy, the staff are just a touch unattentive. Every visit has been wonderful & I look forward to returning soon.

Food: great quality & taste but notable decrease in volume (compared to 3 other dinners there) - we ordered more plates than usual & still left a bit hungry.

Food is incredible - balanced menu & a fantastically talented chef to bring it to life. Service is always friendly & attentive. Vibe of the restaurant is relaxed, great music - notn too loud. Great spot to catch up with friends or loved ones over a bottle of soju!

9 Tail Fox never disappoints! Everything from the atmosphere to the food is always on point. The vibe is cozy yet lively, making it the perfect spot whether you're catching up with a friend or enjoying a night out. The dishes are beautifully presented, full of flavor, & you can tell there's real care put into the menu. Service is friendly & attentive without ever feeling rushed. Honestly, one of Montreal's hidden gems - if you haven't been yet, you're missing out!
I was craving raw fish with soju, but they were out 😭(I guess I will have to come 🔙), so I tried the pork belly, chicken heart, salmon tartare, matcha ice cream, ginger ice cream, & cheesecake instead. The chicken heart was my favorite-I've loved it since childhood! Some dishes were so close to perfection but just needed a bit more balance to truly shine. Say, I would've really enjoyed a fresh or pickled element to cut through the richness of the heavier pork & mussels.
The vibe is amazinggg, felt like I escaped for a moment. It's a peaceful, relaxing spot to eat & drink. The presentation was stunning 😍, & I love the smaller portions, making it easy to try multiple dishes.😋 Excited to see the summer menu~ The ginger ice cream tasted just like Swedish pepparkakor really so so good!
Dumplings were very good, but other menus were a bit disappointing because it lacked flavor imo, although it was still good. But realistically, I don't see myself coming back here to try other menus. Price is nice for a high-end restaurant. One thing that I found weird was that the server(s) was wearing an Adidas jogger, which I dont think matches the environment of the restaurant. Turned the nice restaurant vibe into a family owned restaurant real quick loool. But they were nice!
Very nice Korean restaurant to bring friends or a date. The food was quite creative with its unique flavours & its presentation. The chefs really know what they're doing. My server was really good, they would check up on us to see if we were good. Nothing excessive, just the right amount of excellent service to not interrupt my date. My date really liked the vibe of the restaurant ! Would definitely go back again & I recommend anyone whether they are a foodie or not, to try out this Montreal gem !
Our favourite go-to spot in Saint-Henri, both for casual nights & for special occasions! Chic vibes & uniquely delicious food that's surprisingly filling. The service is also VIP 👌 - Le Kioko
The food was absolutely fantastic. Flavorful bites. A must try in Montréal. I was really impressed with dinner. We started with their seasonal corn & cuttlefish soup. Then got oysters, duck hearts, steak & potatoes & crudo. Everything was super fresh & beautifully presented. Great staff & vibes.
Had a great time, food was amazing. Our server was welcoming as well, apologies, I don't know if she gave her name or I'm just having a blank, but she was a vibe & made our time there enjoyable. Will definitely eat here again. Thanks!
