What a gem of a restaurant! We celebrated a birthday with a group of 11, & from start to finish, we were treated with such care. The service was outstanding, the staff incredibly attentive, & the atmosphere was warm & welcoming.

The food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was better than the next, with an amazing assortment that accommodated all of our dietary restrictions.

We shared everything, which allowed us to try so many dishes.

To start:

🥢 Peanut butter dumplings, again in both vegetarian & pork versions
🥢 Spring rolls

For the mains:
🥢 Orange beef
🥢 Beef & broccoli
🥢 The BEST General Tso chicken
🥢 Chicken with crispy spinach
🥢 Spicy eggplant
🥢 Spicy chicken with Oriental basil
🥢 Cantonese pan-fried noodles
🥢 Steamed rice & vegetable fried rice

Everything was fresh, flavourful & beautifully prepared.

They offered great selection of cocktails wine & beer .

We were also graciously allowed to bring our own birthday cake, which the staff happily served for us. It was such a lovely touch & made our celebration even more special.

31 Latitude is definitely a restaurant I would recommend. Great food, exceptional service & a warm & modern atmosphere. We can't wait to go back! ❤?

Nothing was like Orchidée de Chine, an institution. But the cooking staff came back to 31 latitude. The best general tao in the city. Awesome sesame beef. The peanut butter anything is amazing. & the Mongolian Beef is so tender & delicious.

An excellent fine Chinese cuisine downtown Montréal. From seafood to vegetarian options to meat choices, they all taste exquisite. Very nice atmosphere with fresh flowers, abstract paintings & kind personal. The most delicious peanut butter dumplings & garlic spareribs I've ever tasted.

Cozy & intimate is the first impression when my family & I walked into the restaurant. The place is lit with old style light bulbs that give off a yellowish light that gives a soft, gentle & welcoming glow to the charming surroundings. The serving staff is polite & well trained to get you to your seat with out disturbing the peaceful vibe. The menu is compact with a comprehensible selection of tastefully presented dishes. We had the dumplings in peanut sauce, shrimp toast, spring rolls, General Zhou's chicken, & the crispy & tasty orange beef. All of these were well prepared, & flavorful, a feast for the senses. The sauce for the dumplings echos back to the sauce for cold peanut noodles with just the right amount of sweetness & acidity. The shrimp toast was AMAZING with the delicate contrast between the taste & texture of the shrimp & the crispiness of the toast. The General Zhou's Chicken was crispy, not overly sweet, & with the right amount of sauce. Then, there is the Crispy Orange Beef, which is rightly, a signature dish. It is served hot, crispy & with a wonderful layering of flavors. A must have. All of this was so good we also ordered the Spare Ribs. These were exceptional! Beautifully presented with a wonderful sauce that had a subtle mix of flavors--ginger, garlic & five spice were what I suspect I tasted. Just a wonderful experience all the way around!

Hands down the best Chinese food I have had in a long time. Started with dumplings in peanut butter sauce. Melt in your mouth, homemade! Chicken & crispy spinach, scallops in black bean sauce & Singapore rice noodles absolutely fabulous. Could have licked the plate clean. A must if in Montreal. 🤤🇨🇦

Had an amazing meal. The dumplings is peanut sauce was delicate, the chicken with crispy spinach top notch. The scallops in black bean sauce were perfectly cooked & the Singapore noodles were nice & spicy. Service was great & the decor is tastefully done. I would definitely go back to try more dishes.
