We dined at 31 Lattitude last evening, & it was truly a magnificent experience. Unlike many Chinese restaurants, the menu here is thoughtfully curated, offering a smaller yet refined selection that makes choosing both simple & exciting. From the appetizers through to the main course, each dish was a delight-beautifully prepared, flavorful, & memorable. Combined with the restaurant's elegant atmosphere & outstanding service, the entire evening was exceptional. I highly recommend 31 Longitude for anyone seeking fine cuisine in a welcoming setting.

I recently dined at this restaurant, & it was a fantastic experience! The food was excellent-full of authentic flavors, vibrant spices, & beautifully balanced. The ambiance was warm & inviting, with lovely decor that truly enhanced the experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine with great service! A Must-Try in Montreal: 31 Latitude! Our recent trip to Montreal wouldn't have been complete without a visit to 31 Latitude, & for good reason! Once again, the experience exceeded expectations. From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. But the true star of the show was the food. The Shrimp Toast is an absolute must-order. The combination of textures & flavors is incredible - a delightful contrast between the crispy toast & the juicy, savory shrimp. Every bite was pure happiness! It's evident that the chef at 31 Latitude prepares each dish with meticulous care & exceptional skill. The presentation is beautiful, creating a feast for the eyes even before the first delicious mouthful. Overall, 31 Latitude remains a top destination in Montreal. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking an outstanding dining experience!
