We dined at 31 Lattitude last evening, & it was truly a magnificent experience. Unlike many Chinese restaurants, the menu here is thoughtfully curated, offering a smaller yet refined selection that makes choosing both simple & exciting. From the appetizers through to the main course, each dish was a delight-beautifully prepared, flavorful, & memorable. Combined with the restaurant's elegant atmosphere & outstanding service, the entire evening was exceptional. I highly recommend 31 Longitude for anyone seeking fine cuisine in a welcoming setting.

J'ai vraiment adoré 31 Latitude. L'ambiance est élégante & agréable, parfaite pour une soirée spéciale. Le service est impeccable, avec une attention particulière aux détails. Côté cuisine, c'est un véritable délice. Les côtes de porc sucrées & aigres étaient parfaitement équilibrées, le riz frit était savoureux & bien assaisonné, le toast de crevettes était d'une croquant parfaite. Un restaurant à recommander sans hésitation.

J'aime tellement ce restaurant ! L'attitude31 est une belle place atmosphère très agréable & chaleureuse avec des plats innovants, gourmands & réconfortants à faire pétiller les papilles !! Le service est clean avec un propriétaire très agréable & sympathique ! Je recommande autant ce restaurant été comme hiver montréalais !

First time in Montreal & this was my first meal. The service is incredible, the food flavorful & tender. The restaurant has plenty of seating & a nice, calm environment. Can't recommend it enough!

From the moment we walked in, the service was impeccable. But the true star of the show was the food. The Shrimp Toast is an absolute must-order. The combination of textures & flavors is incredible - a delightful contrast between the crispy toast & the juicy, savory shrimp. Every bite was pure happiness! It's evident that the chef at 31 Latitude prepares each dish with meticulous care & exceptional skill.
