Romies embodies what going out to dinner truly was meant to be, an experience. From the moment we were greeted at the door by the lovely Cynthia, to our perfectly crafted snail martins (must try) by Nick while we waited for our table, we could already feel we picked the right place to celebrate our friends 40th! The atmosphere is modern and chic with a sophisticated, fashionable crowd wrapped in the perfect playlist in the background. It's a vibe! At the table, Jeana took amazing care of us recommending wines and helping us curate the perfect dinner for five picky foodies. We decided to share multiple menu items since everything sounded delicious and we wanted to sample everything and that was the way to go! The shrimp appetizer was phenomenal, the burger….. chef's kiss, the pastas were perfection, we even fought over the Brutus salad, everything was delicious! We finished off the meal with the best cherry pie topped with ice cream but that chocolate cake will change your life especially if you pair it with their espresso martini! Romies truly has set a standard with what they're doing here. 10's across the board, top tier, no notes!

Although the meal was excellent the volume was lacking. When asked by the waiter how my meal was I sadly told him the truth. He returned a few moments later and advised me that management had erased the meal from my tab . In life nothing is perfect. If there is a situation that arrives it needs to be addressed. 10 ⭐? on 5 to the staff and management ⭐?⭐?

Excellents plats servis avec.gentillesse. Idéal pour les repas en famille en toute simplicité. Les burgers frites et fajitas sont excellents. Le décor du restaurant est à revamper. C'est le point à améliorer.

I really wanted to give India Rosa a 5-star review. At one point, we were probably closer to 3 stars, but I wanted to be fair because the food itself was very good and there were definitely some positives. We were greeted by a friendly hostess who promptly seated us. Unfortunately, we waited about 10 minutes before our waitress came over to take our drink order. Once the drinks arrived, we ordered several items. • Lamb Chops - Excellent flavor and definitely one of the highlights. They took a little while to arrive and could have been warmer, but we really enjoyed them. • Vegetable Pakoras - Excellent. My wife really enjoyed these. • Dal - My wife thought it was just okay because it lacked some flavor. She brought it home, added some salt, chili, and lime, and it turned out much better. • Chicken Tikka Tandoori - Our daughter is a very picky eater, so getting her to eat chicken can sometimes be a challenge. She absolutely loved this, which says a lot! • Garlic Naan and Plain Naan - Both were very good. Once we were ready to order, the process was quick and easy. Unfortunately, that's also when the service started to go downhill. Most of our food arrived, but the garlic naan didn't come until about 10 minutes later. The butter chicken was excellent, but while we waited for the naan, it started getting cold. By the time our waitress came back, I had to ask her to warm up the butter chicken. This was probably my biggest disappointment. Rather than acknowledging the delay or offering to replace the dish, they simply took the same butter chicken back to the kitchen and reheated it. For a restaurant at this price point, I would have expected a little more attention to the situation. My wife also requested a few specific side items that didn't arrive, and she had to ask twice before receiving them. At the end of the meal, just as we were getting ready to leave, they remembered that we had indicated it was our anniversary and brought us a dessert. Gulab jamun isn't really my favorite because it's very sweet, but I genuinely appreciated the gesture. That thoughtful touch helped earn back an extra star in my mind. Overall, the food was very good and everyone in our family found something they enjoyed. Pricing is definitely on the higher end, but I'm okay paying more when the food and overall experience justify it. The biggest opportunity is the service and attention to detail. A simple acknowledgment of the delays and mistakes from our waitress-or even a quick visit from a manager-would have gone a long way. I probably would have gladly given India Rosa 5 stars. I'm not trying to be overly critical because we did enjoy our meal. It's just that sometimes the small things are what separate a good dining experience from a great one.

Absolutely Horrible Experience - Avoid This Place The food was absolutely horrible-honestly, some of the worst food we've had in a very long time. After spending a long day walking around Montreal, we were looking forward to a good meal and some peace and sanity. Instead, this restaurant completely ruined our evening. The food was disappointing, the service was incompetent, and unfortunately, the owner's attitude was even worse than the food. What really took this experience to another level was the owner's response to my Google review. Instead of accepting legitimate criticism and addressing the concerns like a professional, the owner chose to mock and personally harass me and my wife publicly. Apparently, when you run a restaurant, customer feedback is acceptable only when it praises you. The moment someone criticizes the food or service, the ego comes out. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and hostile response from a restaurant owner. If this is how the owner treats paying customers who simply share an honest opinion, it says far more about the establishment than any five-star review ever could. Terrible food, terrible experience, and an even worse attitude from the person running the place. Montreal has plenty of restaurants worth spending your money on. This one certainly isn't one of them.

Moes recently did a menu change, they unfortunately took off the 2 only things I eat there. So I am sad to say, that I will not be going back after being a customer since the 90's. However if you do like their menu choices, their service is excellent. Enjoy if you do go!

Been born with an arahova skew pork and bread since 1985. Been twice in Greece to eat souvlakis pita. Went there today... 15$ for 1 pork pita souvlaki... And they literally capsized the sandwich. Could hold it in two hands ✋?. But now barely does one hand. Smaller bread, smaller amount of pork, Sauce and everything. This is sad and this is how you dont keep your customers.

Vendredi j'ai été chercher 2 familiales une facture de presque 90.00 et une chance que nous n'étions que 4 pour manger nous avons manqué de frite vous donner des frite pour 3 personnes avec un repas de 8 personnes les frite n'était pas cuite toute molle et blanche l'intérieur pâteux la sauce liquide comme de l'eau et elle ne goûtait rien j'étais tellement déçu mon marie et mon fils ont mangé un demi au complet tellement les poulet étaient petits…… dernier expérience pour moi très très déçu,

We booked a table here to celebrate our 10-year anniversary that was noted in the reservation, hoping for a memorable night. When we arrived, I asked the hostess politely we could be seated in a booth. She refused, stating that booths were only for parties of six. We accepted that policy, but within 30 minutes, we watched her seat two separate couples in the booth seating while multiple stayed empty throughout our whole experience that was impeccable apart from the first impression at the fromt desk. On the other hand from the valet to the service / food was impeccable It's deeply frustrating to be given a double standard and outright dismissed on a special night. The lack of consistency and basic respect from the front desk hostess was insulting and ruined what should have been a celebration.

If u want to come here for the experience especially for a first time in this style of resturant I would highly recommend but as someone whos done many different hubatchi resturants I will say the show is good and we had a fun time with it, servide all around was top notch however the food was underwhelming, it was bad but wasnt great either, it was all very bland but if its yours or someone you knows first time I would recommend giving it a try

Went too this place yesterday as I was told that the pizza was good, OMG, no. First the fries are cooked in such old grease that we are the next day and the taste of the oil is still pending in my mouth even though I have brushed my teeth multiple times and the pizza, SORRY, its a no go, barely cooked on top and barely any pepperoni after paying 36$ for a med pepperoni pizza, never again. Can I also add that the staff is not welcoming....

We came here for dinner at the restaurant August first 2026 at the outdoor terrasse and to assist to a show of flamenco downstairs . The service was mediocre and long and the food was low end . When we reached downstairs for the flamenco show that was to start at 8:30 , the place was full we hardly found 2 free chairs and we sat down . Impossible to see the stage , the seating configuration was very bad . After waiting for 20 min the time was 8:50 and the show didn't start yet . We were so upset , we asked for a refund and we left . Never again , we don't recommend this place and we will never go back ,.

Delicious food with the loveliest vibes. Went on a Saturday with my family for brunch and the food was an absolute taste fest! Our server was the kindest and sweetest human being, friend maxxing like a beast! Any and every request was catered to with utmost respect and care. Serina this is for you :) We had an all vegetarian brunch that included Halloumi Avocado Toast, Traditional Dips platter, Blueberry Pancakes and French Onion Soup. I believe the winner were the dips and the blueberry pancakes! The portion sizes were bigger than anticipated so we had a lot to take away as well. We all ordered coffee and it's safe to say their iced mocha was the best in town! A definite winner of the entire meal. I would recommend this location to anyone traveling to Montreal or in the city even for a bit. You will not be disappointed. 5/5 recommended!

I was nervous coming here because people r saying'ever since ownership changed it fell off' but that couldnt be farthest from the truth We were walked through a whole experience and everything was amazing, 10/10 They even brought a complimentary sorbet before the steak as a pallet cleanser After eating at Moishes I am editing this review The one thing that stood out here is the service. I dont usually care for service, i'm here for the food, but the service at Gibbys is unique. You feel like the main character. The servers here are not regular servers. They feel like servers out of a cartoon movie & this is more of a career for them then a passing job 10/10 eitherway though

Tout le monde a été impressionné, émerveillé et heureux de vivre cette soirée ensemble. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été enveloppés par une atmosphère élégante et chaleureuse. La qualité des plats, la présentation, l'ambiance et, surtout, l'attention portée aux détails ont contribué à faire de cette soirée une expérience véritablement exceptionnelle.
