We arrived to a virtually empty restaurant, but were immediately made to feel like an inconvenience by the hostess. She initially tried to seat our party of five at a booth that clearly could not accommodate us. It then took approximately 20 minutes for our server to come take our drink orders. During that time, he was frequently distracted by the FIFA soccer game playing on the screen. Once our drinks were ordered, they arrived fairly promptly and he took our food order. Our burrata appetizer took about 25 minutes to arrive, followed by an additional 45-minute wait for our mains. At no point during our meal did our server or any staff member check in on us. We eventually had to flag down the hostess, who seemed to be the only person actively working the floor, to address an issue with one of the dishes. The menu described a sweet sauce for the bowl, but what was served was essentially oil and hot sauce. Her response was dismissive, stating,'That's the sauce that comes with it. You should have read better.' To the server's credit, when we were finally able to speak with him, he did bring the correct sauce. The food itself was good and filling, but not reflective of the price point given the overall experience and service level. At checkout, we were also surprised to see that the only suggested tip options were 20% and 25%, which felt excessive given the level of service received.

Normalement c'est très bon, le poisson est frais. Mais évitez lorsqu'il fait trop chaud dehors. Il n'y a pas d'air climatisé dans le local. Le poisson est chaud et ne reste pas frais longtemps.
Nous commandons souvent au Lime, toujours frais, rapide, et les portions sont énormes ! Je recommande:)

This place is very popular so wanted to try it out. They have New York style pizza. Got the margarita and the soppressata. The bottom crust was very crisp. Flavours were good. Thought the crust on the soppressata was a little dense. Have had better pizza in MYL though but still a solid choice.

Each dish had wonderfully distinct flavours. All made fresh. Everyone at our table were impressed, and we eat a lot of Chinese food. Will definitely come back.

Très mauvaise expérience. La nourriture était décevante. Plusieurs plats étaient fades, certains sont arrivés tièdes et la qualité ne justifiait pas le prix payé. Nous nous attendions à beaucoup mieux. Le plus gros problème a toutefois été le service. Certaines serveuses ont fait preuve d'arrogance, d'irrespect et d'un sérieux manque de professionnalisme. Nous avions l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être des clients. Lorsque nous posions des questions ou demandions de l'aide, les réponses étaient sèches et parfois accompagnées d'une attitude désagréable. Notre groupe avait réservé à l'avance, mais l'organisation était loin d'être à la hauteur. Le service était lent, la communication était mauvaise et nous avons dû attendre longtemps avant d'être servis. Si vous êtes un grand groupe, je vous recommande fortement d'éviter cet établissement. Il ne semble pas être en mesure de gérer ce type de réservation de façon professionnelle. C'est dommage, car une sortie entre amis ou en famille devrait être une expérience agréable, et ce ne fut malheureusement pas le cas. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit et je n'y retournerai pas.
One of the best places for dosa in Montreal! The staff are always kind, welcoming, and greet customers with a smile. Besides their amazing dosas, their idli, vada, noodles, bhatura, and many other dishes are equally delicious. I've been coming here since 2018, back when the restaurant was located on the other side of Jean-Talon. It's great to see how they've grown while continuing to serve excellent food and provide outstanding service. Highly recommended!

First timers, stopped in on Keela based upon a random Google search as a way of kicking off our first night of the Montreal Jazz Festival and were not disappointed, not in the least. The atmosphere is energetic warm and welcoming -- the food and drink pairing is beyond satisfying. The oysters on the half shell were a perfect way to get things started, complemented by a local Montreal craft beer and a cucumber infused summer time mocktail followed by a spectacular celery root carpaccio and melt in your mouth baked scallops. Time for a house specialty cocktail named Anger & Resentment -- don't know the inspiration for this flavourful concoction, but it works and is likely cheaper than therapy it implies is needed. To top off our first time culinary experience at Keela, we indulged in the fall off the bone baked dill pickle enhanced ribs. So good. In conclusion, Keela is a gem in the heart of Montreal and we are better off for having experienced it. Kudos to Lucy the bar keep for the evening ending shot of homemade Lemoncello Cheers!
I loved the celery root carpaccio, but as an American, the steak disappointed me. The sear marks are pretty, but the steak itself had no seasoning. Every steak I've had in the US has a nice crust and at least a saltiness to it that enhances the flavor. I don't think this steak was seasoned at all. It comes with a mustard and a peppercorn gravy. The gravy, I wasn't a fan of, too bitter for my taste. The mustard is too overpowering to dip the steak in it, wouldn't taste the steak. If this is something you would like, enjoy, but if there are any americans considering this, it's likely not to your taste. I saw reviews from two years ago really liking it. In general, I have this attitude of, you can't go wrong with a steak at a restaurant. I don't feel that way anymore. There were two waitresses for the whole restaurant. I'd say short staffed. I sat and ate alone. It was easy to notice the difference in how I was treated. I ordered the carpaccio and then later when I ordered the steak. I was never told the specials. I get it, one person eating doesn't make the same amount in tips… If the steak was delicious I wouldn't have cared though.
I hired Bouchée Double for my baby shower and the food was excellent, with very generous portions! They were also extremely punctual with both the set up/delivery and clean up.
I have come here several times and always have a consistent positive experience from when I first enter. Whenever I dine in or take out, the food service is speedy and all the staff are friendly. I have been to other locations and have had similar experiences. I will continue to be a regular at this restaurant and look forward to my next meal here :)

Ça faisait longtemps que je n'y étais pas allé et nous n'avons peut-être pas eu beaucoup de chance ce jour-là. Le service était très long et il y avait des erreurs sur la facturation, avec une planche en plus sur l'addition. Je m'en suis rendu compte uniquement après avoir payé, et le serveur s'est juste contenté de me rembourser le prix de la planche plus taxes, sans inclure le pourboire que j'avais payé. La nourriture était bonne, mais je dois avouer que j'étais extrêmement déçu quand j'ai vu le plat d'asperges béarnaise arriver, qu'ils se permettent de vendre 12$. À ce prix, je me serais attendu à voir au moins 4/5 belles asperges. Mais c'était littéralement 5 pauvres asperges toutes fines, sans mâche (voir photo).
I noticed a guy from the restaurant dumping grease in the sewers, good luck in eating there . Vous avez répondu que vous aviez embauché la société Green Planet, je l'ai surpris moi-même en train de déverser de la graisse dans les égouts municipaux.
Les petites bouchées sont délicieuses, surtout les planches de fromages et les salades fraîches. La sélection de drinks est vraiment large, il y en a pour tous les goûts. Le service est super amical, ça rend l'ambiance encore plus agréable. Une place où j'aime revenir.

Food and service were excellent. Usman our main contact took very good care of the group. We were 30 of us and Annu never gave us a chance to ask anything. Prompt service. This place is amazing! I took what was recommended which is Teta's Tartine and I could not get enough. It had the perfect amount of EVERYTHING. The place is super nice too, very busy but very light and chic. The service is top notch. I got my food in less than 10 minutes. This is a must Lebanese restaurant for anyone near Atwater Market. I wish you guys a lot of success!
Unreal! Some of the most inventive and genuinely surprising dishes we've had in a long time. The crab ravioli is as good as the reviews say. Every other dish was equally well balanced and nuanced. And the wine recommendations were perfectly matched.
I want to really like this place but it's so overrated! Especially brunch. I requested to replace the waffles in the chicken and waffles plate with eggs. I get 1 egg separately from the plate of chicken, obviously no waffles. When I get the bill, that 1 egg cost me 8$. So my brunch cost 78 $ with tax for my meal and 2 mimosas. Unbelievable!!!! Will never have brunch here again.
Just to warn it is on expensive side... and menu is kinda limited, bit made amazingly well! service is impecble and vibe is great... i recommend Armenian kebab...
