This place turned out to be a true hidden gem in Griffintown.
My husband & I ended up there by accident when another place had no electricity & at a poke bowl spot nearby the staff were so unresponsive that they didn't even come out when we arrived. We went into that place three times & no one ever came to the counter.
So we went to look for another place & randomly came across Lime. 🍋?🟩❤??🔥❤??🔥❤??🔥
Long story short, in the past two weeks we've already visited this restaurant five times & we keep ordering the same dishes because the food seems to have some kind of secret ingredient that we just can't get enough of. We keep coming back again & again.
These are the best poke bowls & the best vegetarian Tom Yum we have ever had.
We think it's the LOVE of the owners put into every dish & the truly unique flavors make us think about this food even when we're at home.
Today we once again enjoyed our favorite dishes & we will definitely be coming back!!!❤??🔥
Restaurant is clean & has a nice decor. Got myself some Pho & it was very flavourful. Prices check out for the area the restaurant is in. I'll definitely be coming back :))
A great tiny restaurant in Griffintown that really offers a fusion of Asian food. The restaurant is well lit with beautiful intricate food plates all over the wall :) The staff is super kind, attentive, & hard working & truly care about their customers. I had the Vietnamese Claypot salmon & it just melted in my mouth & was beyond delicious. Thai chicken Curry was just as tasty with the perfect blend of spices. We also ordered General Chicken Tao as an extra & it was crispy & awesome. A 10/10 & I know next time I will be ordering the papaya salad, Mango salad along with shrimp egg noodles. Highly recommend this 11/10 restaurant to everyone ❤?❤? UPDATE: Went back & had Vietnamese Coffee, Shrimp Tempura, Beef Vietnamese Grill, & General Tao & as always fantastic food & service 😇😇 Full compliments to the chef for such a gourmet's delight 🙏🙏

Très bonne bouffe vietnamienne avec beaucoup d'options végétariennes & véganes dans un endroit avec une belle ambiance. Le service était bon & chaleureux. Je recommande.
Although I haven't dined in yet , I am regularly ordering a delivery from Lime. Loved the Maison Vegan Curry & the Tom Yum Noodle Soup. Very aromatic & flavorful & feels healthy too. Not too oily or too spicy & provides the right mix to enjoy the multitude of flavors presented. Portion sizes were generous for takeout. A tad bit on the higher side of the price range but is definitely worth it. Looking to get the dine in experience soon. Highly recommend the place.
Pour ceux qui esite entre un gros bol de soupe ou un repas.je vs suggère de prendre la mini soupe au poulet à 6$ & très généreuse suivi d un plat..trop bon
Called this restaurant to ask about cross-contact for celiac disease, since they have many items marked as gluten-free. They told me they don't accommodate allergies & when I asked if they can use clean tools or clean surfaces for someone with celiac or wheat allergy they said no they won't do that. Anyone with gluten, wheat or other allergies for that matter should avoid this establishment & this restaurant should consider removing the gluten-free markings from their menu as this is very unsafe for people with severe allergies.
Update : Nous y sommes venu un peu moins de 10 fois en 2 ans! Toujours incroyable, saveurs incroyables, quantités titanesques ( nous sommes de très gros mangeurs, & le curry on peine à le finir!) beaucoup de viande, de riz, de sauce, de légumes.
On recommande 100 fois! Surtout pour le prix!
I have tried their general tao twice. While the sauce was good, it was excessively sweet even for me who likes sweet things. Also, the chicken nuggets contain more dough than chicken, which is a big disappointment, I'd like to feel like I'm getting some nourishment here, not just sugar dough. I really like that the chicken is crispy & that they mix in a good amount of veggies though. If they just reduced the sugar & put more chicken in the dough it could be 5 stars.
