Great spot! They have a nice private terrace but the chefs table by the kitchen is the best seat in the house! Make sure to try the chicken wings and the bangus croquettes.

Hidden gem! It would be easy to walk by, but worth a pop in. They serve authentic Philippino food. The menu is small but still some good variety. We tried the eggplant dip, which had a really smoky flavour, which I thought was cool because I don't think I've had anything with this flavour profile before. Fish cakes were also good, portion only had 2, and also the pork belly skewers, very yummy but also a lot of fat (but that is pork belly). We just came in to try a few appetizers, and not a full meal, otherwise would need to order 3+ more dishes. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was super sweet and knew the food items well, which was nice and helped pick the items. They had other items I would love to try next time. The ambiance is very cute and cozy inside, they also have a terrace in the back which is great to not be on a street! Prices are in the typical range for this area and tapas style food, a bit pricey as you'd have to order multiple dishes to share, but a unique experience.

Worst restaurant ever I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and the only thing they gave me was bread, where's my fries chicken sizzlers and meat. You guys started yelling at us after we asked where our food is. All you guys did was yell at us to leave after we said where our food is and you guys are such disrespectful people. 4.8 stars that's bs it should be 1.8 star this is such a bs restaurant I recommend not going here, and I'm never coming back there. Also when they brung our sizzlers it looked like it was crushed so we didn't eat it, it was like someone fought in it.

J'ai eu le plaisir de visiter à plusieurs reprises l'Auberge Le Saint-Gabriel dans le Vieux-Montréal, et chaque expérience a été tout simplement exceptionnelle. Dès l'entrée, on est charmé par le caractère historique de cet endroit emblématique, où l'élégance et l'authenticité se marient à la perfection. L'ambiance est chaleureuse, raffinée et accueillante. Le décor en pierres ancestrales, l'éclairage tamisé et le souci du détail créent une atmosphère unique, idéale pour une soirée romantique, un souper entre amis ou une occasion spéciale. La cuisine est savoureuse, préparée avec des produits de qualité et magnifiquement présentée. Chaque plat est un véritable plaisir pour les yeux et les papilles. Le service est impeccable : le personnel est attentionné, professionnel et toujours souriant, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. On sent que chaque client est traité avec soin et que tout est mis en oeuvre pour offrir un moment mémorable. An inexpensive, good value option in Montreal's Chinatown. Food was fine, spring/egg rolls a bit greasy however and chowmein needed a bit of a boost seasoning wise, good size portions. Free tea was nice. Staff were friendly and unlike other reviews tip was not added automatically. I'd revisit

Having grown up in LaSalle there were a few great pizza places, manzo's , being one of them. A few months ago et ordered subs , made with thier pizza dough and it was so hard we had a hard time cutting it with a knife( couldn't bite through it) so we ended up throwng it out. Yesterday decided to try again, ordered pizza and a poutine. Again dough so freaking hard, poutine was very dry, missing sauce, a lot of sauce. All this to say I think like the rest of the pizza places in LaSalle it's been bought out and quality has changed and is no longer edible. Sad to see another legendary place go downhill.

Quelle magnifique expérience nous avons vécue ici. L'ambiance est feutrée et parfaitement adaptée pour un repas mémorable, le tout accompagné d'une excellente sélection de vins. La viande était tout simplement divine, servie avec une cuisson parfaitement maîtrisée. J'ai particulièrement apprécié le détail de la présentation sur les assiettes griffées au nom de l'établissement. Une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de bonne cuisine.

J'ouvre la porte et j'ai devant moi le comptoir. Je commande donc un plat et paie en incluant un pourboir,puis je vais m'assoir à une table. A ce moment là, la serveuse me demande si j'ai pris un takeout et je lui explique que je vais manger sur place. Elle me dis alors que puisque j'ai commandé au comptoir je n'ai pas le droit de manger sur place !!!!! Ce qui ne m'a jamais été dit lorsqu'ils ont pris ma commande . Même les fast food les plus cheap te demande si tu va manger sur place ou a emporter et ne sont pas aussi stricte au point de te forcer a manger dehors !!!! Au prix que vous charger pour du poulet de rotisserie vous devriez faire plus d'efforts. Je ne suis pas chez le médecin, Il y'a des centaines de restaurant qui offre du poulet a Montréal. Le poulet en tant que tel n'avait rien d'exceptionnel pour le prix , la sauce gravy était fade limite liquide et les frites était meh. De plus ils n'ont pas inclus la salade colesaw et les serviettes dans le sac qu'ils m'ont donner !!! Pour 27$ avant pourboire c'est vraiment en dessous de tout. Je ne reviendrai plus jamais ?à cette endroit. C'est la pire expérience client que j'ai eu.

I've been a customer since they had opened and it was always amazing, I haven't been since covid, randomly walked in yesterday and was amazed that the prices are the same, the size and quality of the sandwiches are exactly the same and that everything is just perfect. I took the classic with the classic sauce, peperette and Stewart's root beer. Had amazing service with a smile, everything prepared exactly like I wanted, I was excited like a kid to get home and destroy it. I am so happy. So many businesses (95%) went downhill in shrinking everything and charging DOUBLE. Dagwoods did not drop.

The manager is so kind!!!! He makes the environment so nice! The food is fresh and healthy he even gave us free soup AND FREE CAKE SLICES!!!! the service is so nice the food is flavorful and it's so clean, quiet and peaceful please stop by and try some for yourself.

Ermitage has a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The menu is exquisite and the service extremely warm and welcoming. Loved the food. Parking was difficult however the restaurant staff were extremely helpful to inform us that parking was free on the weekend's after 6 pm. Definitely will return on our next vacation to Canada

Quelle magnifique expérience nous avons vécue. Tout était absolument parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la finesse des plats, avec une mention spéciale pour le carpaccio parfaitement assaisonné. Le dessert au chocolat, servi avec sa petite boule de glace, était tout simplement divin. C'est un endroit que je recommande sans aucune hésitation pour passer un excellent moment.

Stumbled upon Café Gentile on a lazy Sunday morning and honestly it might be my new go-to spot in the city. The cortado was perfectly balanced, not too bitter, and came out in under two minutes which I appreciated. The space has this warm, unhurried vibe that's rare to find on weekends when most cafes are packed and chaotic. Definitely coming back next time I'm exploring the Mile-Ex area.

This is my favourite place to get banh mi in Montreal. They have a great variety of sandwiches but my personal favourite is the curry beef. I also recommend their iced coffee, it's nice and strong! Must-try if you're in the area and looking for a quick bite.
