Ce n'est plus les bonnes frites d'avant. Nous avons eu droit à une boîte de frites grasses, de toutes les grandeur, certaines presque cuites mélangées à des petits morceaux noircis. J'ai été très deçue.

Nous sommes allés avant un spectacle en après midi.
La propreté de cet endroit est repoussante, tout est sale, gras, un endroit où on ne met pas du linge propre, la toilette est simplement déguelasse.
La poutine commandée est arrivée froide.

Moi & ma famille avons été souper il n'y a pas longtemps de cela & nous sommes déçu. La serveuse, à la fin du repas, nous demande pourquoi nous n'avons pas tipper plus, en disant qu'elle ne fait son salaire que par les pourboires(ce qui est faux au Québec). Elle ne nous a pas offert un bon service, elle n'est pas venue porter notre nourriture, ni même remplir nos verres d'eau (chaud) & n'a jamais accosté notre table une fois durant notre court séjour. En plus d'être dans un ambiance sans air climatisé à 30 degrés Celsius, & de la nourriture mal cuite, nous avons même trouvé généreux de tipper (qui est optionnel). Manque de respect de la serveuse quand on essayais juste d'avoir un simple repas en famille. Très déçu nous n'y retournerons plus.

With a name frites you would think the fries would be decent. Soggy fries, small portions, over priced for the food you get. Better value at A&W. Waitress begging for tips. Bad experience & never again.

Very slow service. We waited 20 minutes before a server came to take our order, followed by another 40 minutes for our food, which arrived lukewarm. To make matters worse, we were never served water throughout the entire meal. Overall, a very disappointing experience for a Frite Alors.
