Ce n'est plus les bonnes frites d'avant. Nous avons eu droit à une boîte de frites grasses, de toutes les grandeur, certaines presque cuites mélangées à des petits morceaux noircis. J'ai été très deçue.

With a name frites you would think the fries would be decent. Soggy fries, small portions, over priced for the food you get. Better value at A&W. Waitress begging for tips. Bad experience & never again.

Very slow service. We waited 20 minutes before a server came to take our order, followed by another 40 minutes for our food, which arrived lukewarm. To make matters worse, we were never served water throughout the entire meal. Overall, a very disappointing experience for a Frite Alors.

Franchement dégueulasse. C'est honteux d'appeler ça des frites Belges. On dirait qu'elles datent de 3jours, bcp trop cuites, sèches, durent. C'est INMANGABLE.

Bonnes frites, mais burger terrible.

30$ (tip inclus) pour ça...j'aurais bien pu m'en passer. Une de mes pires expériences de burger....

En pensant que le burger Frite Alors ! allait être LE burger à commander à Frite Alors !

Sans saveur, où plutôt, l'unique saveur provenait de la viande qui goûtait le poisson...Je peux imaginer qu'ils ont utilisé une huile réutilisée + le pain assez sec.

En tout cas, quelle déception & quelle insulte.

Plus jamais. Je compte m'en tenir à mes trois burger joints préférés à Montréal c'est certain.

Le minimum du minimum! Tu commandes & on t'apporte une poutine avec des frites trop cuites & du bacon brûlé. Pas de set de table, pas de couvert, juste une fourchette planté au milieu. & on te pose ça sur la table pis après faut donner 15% de service. Ben je m'excuse mais c'est pas ça du service. Bien décevant.

Jai manger un poutine avec viande hachée & tomates cétait EXCELLENT souvent avec des poutine ya trop de sauce pas assez de frite trop de frite pas assez de sauce mais la jai littérallement vidé mon assiette tout était super! Je serai de retour bientôt!

Service qui laisse à désirer.
45 mn pour des frites !
1 seul verre d'eau servi, bref, ce n'est pas le meilleur endroit pour faire une halte.
