This winter, Île de France invites Montrealers to escape to the Alps without leaving downtown with Fondue Février, a special cheese fondue experience available from February 3rd to March 1st, 2026.

For this seasonal offering, the restaurant transforms its refined dining room into a cozy alpine-inspired setting. Designed as a warm and nostalgic winter retreat, Fondue Février celebrates the pleasure of slowing down, sharing a generous meal, and enjoying the simple joys of the season.

The traditional alpine cheese fondue is served hot at the table in a classic fondue pot and paired with a generous selection of raw and blanched seasonal vegetables, Parisian ham, smoked Morteau sausage, cornichons, and crusty bread. A curated selection of alpine wines is also available to complement the richness and aromas of the dish.

Long associated with togetherness and comfort, fondue is the perfect winter dish. With Fondue Février, Île de France pays tribute to mountain hospitality and the joy of gathering around a lively table during the colder months.
