Spanning two levels with a summer terrace, Benjamin offers an intimate and refined setting crafted from leather, wood, velvet, and metal. The design blends tradition and modernity to create a warm and exclusive ambiance inspired by Parisian steakhouses.
The menu will feature on-site dry-aged meats grilled to perfection, accompanied by seasonal sides sourced from Quebec producers. Benjamin will welcome guests for breakfast, lunch, brunch, and dinner, offering a complete and versatile dining experience.
