via LibroExcellent food & service. Tables for 2 persons small & squeezed in near group tables so very noisy. Bad lighting at our table. Needed to use our flashlight on phone to read menu. Overall good experience.

via LibroLe manger était très bon comme toujours, par contre le service était moyen & le serveur n'était pas nécessairement sympathique. Par contre, nous y retournerons car nous aimons ce restaurant.

I dined at your restaurant &, regrettably, encountered an unsatisfactory level of service. Despite the prolonged wait time of 45 minutes for my food, I chose to leave a tip of 10%. However, my attempt to provide feedback was met with an unexpected & unprofessional response from your waitstaff. One of your waiters approached me to inquire about the tip amount &, in a rather discourteous manner, suggested that I refrain from returning to the restaurant or risk experiencing even longer wait times in the future. Subsequently, when I attempted to discuss the matter with the manager, I was impeded by another waiter who RAISED HIS VOICE & engaged in confrontational behaviour. I believe it is essential to highlight that I do not typically feel compelled to explain my tipping decisions. Nevertheless, I provided an explanation in this instance, only to be met with further hostility. The overall tone of the interaction was VERY RUDE & left me feeling unwelcome. I have considered myself a regular customer & have consistently enjoyed the food there. If you plan on dining there, ensure to leave a tip of at least 15% (even if you are not happy with the food or service) to avoid being approached by the staff in a very rude & unprofessional way. Given today's encounter, this was my last time dining at this restaurant.
