Update Sept 9-2026

Unfortunately service & quality have dipped recently.

On Sunday the day before my wife's surgery for mesothelioma I took my wife & sent out for a meal together as a family in case it might be our last.

We arrived slightly before 5:00 p.m. before any Rush peak.

The waitress was very nice however right off the bat she accidentally keyed in the wrong order for my wife..
Someone who I assumed was a manager came over & apologized & assured us that the missing chicken from the order would be brought over.. meanwhile my wife ate the shrimp that were supposed to come with the chicken.. except for 2 that were also not cooked proper.
10 minutes later the chicken was brought over, my wife cut it open & it was still pink inside. Pink pink.. I brought the food back to the kitchen & explained to another gentleman how my wife could not eat under cooked chicken, because she was a cancer patient..
We received a replacement chicken another 10 mins later .. she sliced it again pink inside..
She opted to bring it home & re cook it.

For my meal I ordered a 14 inch sub,
It was supposed to be a steak pepperoni & smoked meat, I asked for them to be very well done. It unfortunately was not. & there was no smoke meat in it it was just mainly pepperoni with a sprinkle of what look like shredded steak or maybe sausage in it.
I also took it home after 1 bite.

My son ordered a chicken poutine..
By the time he got it he says it was cold but he ate it anyway because he was hungry.

Next I ordered off the dessert menu'cafe au lait' received a traditional cup of coffee.. sent it back..
Was informed that the waitress knew it as a latte.. despite what the menu said.. got that almost 10 minutes later with the dessert I ordered I had asked for a raspberry cheesecake, I don't know what I got but it had a huge thumbprint in it.. at that point I took that to go & ended up throwing it out. My wife took a pecan pie & an expresso. Neither of us got spoons or forks offered for the desserts..

Not once we offered refills of water during the meal either..

Despite having asked for the bill with the coffee & dessert.. i waited another 15 mins for that.

& even on top of all that I still left an 18% tip.

So I guess the point of this review is to express, given the fact our little family
Was going through a very bad spot..
We opted to go out to the resto that had felt like home quality to us, & ultimately we we left disappointed.

Money is tight with my wife on disability, & this was mean to cheer her up..

Im very disappointed with you guys this time. My wife just had her surgery yesterday, 12 hours on the table, she is still unconscious in the ICU till she stabilizes...

& the last memory I have of our family is sitting at your restaurant,
Feeling disappointed & neglected.

Le serveur m'a répondu il a pas assez de table vide tu à choses une table sale
Ça te pas tenter de prendre une table propre toute un service si ça te ta te pas de travaille prend congé

Commande tout était tiède pizza & calmar trop cuit ... vraiment déçu cette fois ... pourtant habituellement très bon

La bouffe est super bonne en général, mais je remarque que les sous marins n'ont presque pas de garniture!! Beaucoup de pain, pas asser de viande & très peu de légumes. Dommage

Restorent vide, pizza pas cuite dégoulinant de gras, service long & aucun suivi malgré le restorent vide. C'est triste vue que le restorent a deja ete decent dans le passé. Les choix de restorents familiaux dans la region de vaudreuil/Île Perrot est de moins en moins decente. L'explosion des prix dans la restoration n'aide pas a remplire les salles non plus.

Where have all the good pizza men gone? We have been coming to Mama Bravo since it opened years ago & we would come from the West Island as the pizza was worth the drive. Over the years the food quality/cooking has gone down drastically to the point we decided not to return.After a few months we tried it again last night (Jul 26), what a mistake. We would have been better off going to IGA & picking up a frozen pizza. Everyone around us seemed to have complaints about the food. Lots of much better choices in the area now of days. Time for the owner to get more involved with his kitchen staff or maybe they just don't care anymore.
