?Le Restaurant YAMA s'impose comme une adresse incontournable du centre-ville pour les amateurs de gastronomie raffinée. Dès l'entrée, on est charmé par le décor magnifiquement pensé, élégant & soigné jusque dans les moindres détails. L'ambiance y est à la fois chaleureuse & feutrée.

• Une cuisine d'exception : La nourriture est d'une qualité haut de gamme remarquable. Les plats sont travaillés avec précision, savoureux & présentés avec un grand sens artistique.
• Un service irréprochable : Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique, attentionné & professionnel, ce qui rend le moment encore plus agréable.
• Idéal pour les rendez-vous d'affaires : L'atmosphère chic & distinguée en fait le cadre parfait pour un dîner ou un lunch professionnel. On remarque d'ailleurs que plusieurs tables y sont installées pour des rencontres d'affaires.

I visited Yama a few days ago to celebrate my birthday, & unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations.
The restaurant itself is beautiful, clean, & stylish, & the atmosphere is definitely one of its strengths. The staff were polite, but the service was fairly average.
I had made a reservation in advance & even mentioned in the reservation notes that we were celebrating my birthday. While we were there, the table next to us had an issue because a small fly had landed in their food, & we overheard the server telling them that there was nothing they could do about it.
As for the food, it was very disappointing considering the price. No one asked how I wanted my steak cooked, & it was served extremely rare. The chicken portion was surprisingly & almost comically small for what we paid.
When I asked them to take my steak back & cook it more, it seemed like they had only seared the outside for a moment. The inside was still just as raw as before.
At the end of the meal, the server asked whether we were satisfied with the food. I clearly told them that I was not. Their only response was,'We're sorry,' & nothing else was done to address the issue.
Finally, when it was time to pay the bill, the server suddenly noticed that it had been my birthday & simply said,'Oh, it was your birthday. Happy Birthday.'
Overall, while the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, the food quality, value for money, & the way customer concerns were handled left me disappointed.
Alex was great. Efficient, polite, always smiling & made the evening a wonderful overall experience especially after my poor experience at the hotel breakfast.
